Then simply hit him and his supporters on that message: Will you/your guy support making it a felony to hire illegals? Will he (and you) support making it a felony to give them public assistance? Will he/you support the law if it is? Isn`t it a crime in itself to conspire to aid and abet the commission of a crime? This alone would sink his campaign like a rock if he said: "No I will not support the adoption of, nor enforcement of such laws."

Then all who aid criminal trespassers in America should be charged under the new laws. The pro-illegal groups that aid them can be under the RICO Act and, along with all others, under the new federal laws, since its the federal immigration act they`re breaking. The federal power is Constitutionally directed TO defend our borders, force them to. Make it a felony to pass off forged ID as proof of citizenship in employment and go after the criminals who engage in this form of identity theft, producers and users. This would make it impossible for the illegals to get work or support,they`ll self deport in droves.
