On Nov. 21, Fernando Rivas, 59,
an award-winning composer for Sesame Street, was arraigned on charges of coercing a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct in South Carolina. The Juilliard-trained composer was also charged with production and distribution of child pornography.

I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I was a real PBS fan
25 years ago.
My wife at the time donated her art work for the local fund drives.
An old friend of mine was the chief engineer for the local affiliate.
I think at that time they were not so open about their

I find myself watching a lot more PBS these days, now that Discovery Channel, History Channel, even National Geographic have become the 24-7 redneck/biker network.
