If you think the unemployment rate of 8.6% is high just give Obama another four years and if you don’t speak Chinese you’ll be unemployed too.
The Chinese own us financially now. They are readying for war. We can barely pay the interest on what we owe them now – four more years of Obama and we won’t be able to pay and it will be the excuse the Chinese need to declare war.
In 20 years, half of them will be over 60, and those under 60 will be 60% men and 40% women.
Wonder how they’ll be doing then?
In February 2009 when they quit buying treasuries, saying that they were risky, Obama said that he would guarantee their investment and would give them U.S. land if necessary to make good on it. I read more than one article that talked about it right here on FR. That particular fact was probably lost to many who were otherwise worried about their cash at the time, but I haven’t forgotten it.
P.S. I fully suspect we will be invaded, but think we have a few years. We’ll win the war, but take a razing first. I have long suspected it, and later found out that George Washington forsaw it, in vision, for what that’s worth.
They will be using American women.
That half under 60, will still nearly outnumber us 3 to 1, and they’ll probably be mighty anxious to have OUR women. I wish I was joking.

Aw, you beat me to it by 51 seconds. That’s my though exactly. China has several times our population. If their younger men are all wifeless, they’re going to want our, and there will be several times the number of men in our country to try it. Single/womanless men (especially if there’s not going to be enough women for a one man/one woman marriage/relationship in their lifetime), make good grunts. They’re highly motivated.
When you owe the bank 10,000 they have you. When you owe them 10,000,000 unsecured you have them. I’m not worried about a society that will be half of its current size in two generations.

Oh, I don’t doubt that the invasion will be successful. We may even lose portions of the west coast. But, I believe God loves and blesses America if she loves Him and blesses His name. I think there would be a religious revival fast once the cities were burning. Also, if all of our military was not scattered in countless countries, and if we had a properly motivated populace, we would repel them eventually.
No, while I think that an outside force is dangerous, and would be pretty devastating, I think we could survive it. We have several times in that past. The thing that no nation can survive is the rotting on the inside. I used to think that the U.S. would eventually fall (well, Biblically, I would think that all of them would, but that’s subject to interpretation, and I obviously don’t know everything), now I’m not so sure. But I do think we’re in for some very tough times, no matter the outcome.

Your obviously not paying attention to the international financial trade publications. The Chinese economic miracle, is rapidly coming apart. The question is whether they can engineer a soft landing(unlikely) or if they are going to crash and burn, and possible split into numerous new countries. Their real estate bubble makes ours look amateurish, their legal banking system has already failed, the gov just hasn’t been pushed to the wall yet so the zombie’s keep walking. The illegal banking system, used the factories and warehouses full of commodities like copper as collateral. Whole regions of manufacturing have seen the owners/managers flee, owing workers 3+ months of wages. Real inflation is estimated to be about 16% thus the economy may be contracting 4-9%.
Then there is the environmental damage from a decade of wanton disregard of the land and people. Upshot they are screwed and anyone hoping to have them ride in to their rescue is dead.
Last note, the entire chinese trade surplus basically come from the US. We can move to Vietnam, or Indonesia, china has to sell to us or they are done.
I think the election was won by voter/election fraud, as I suspect the next one will be also. But, that aside I agree that there were tens of millions of useful idiots, duped into believing they could push a button and get a benevolent overlord who would provide for their evey need. China is rope a doping us, and that’s very clear. We’re GIVING them our wealth for their cheap junk, and they’re using it to build a military while ours is aging (I try to never buy chinese, I’ll pay for the additional cost now, rather than later, thank you ever so much).

Maybe we can send helen thomas and occupy whatever over to beijing to throw a tantrum. Bet those commies would be real scared, and the removal of a few whiners would be green due to the carbon emissions reductions
Plus due to Jug Ears and his green comrades the Canadians will be building a pipeline to British Columbia to export their tar sands oil to China ....All instead of building the XL pipeline south to Texas for us to buy and consume that oil. All due to evil spaced-out greenies who have no idea what energy inputs it takes to run a modern economy. So they have a comfortable lifestyle. Evil idiots.
