Even given the benefit of the doubt due to the varying international laws, nobama likely does not meet the standard if we look at the INTENT of the law, but may meet the standard under LETTER of the law as it now stands.
It is likely that the true facts will come out once he is no longer able to block any determination. Once the fact is out, hopefully we can use this instance to clarify the Natural Born Clause with requiring the applicant's proving and a clear step process to challenge such claim, in the future. I would additionally like to see the States require proof before allowing a name being placed on a ballot.
