Blacks are ~14% of the US population. Blacks are 56% of inmates convicted for drug violations, most are non-violent crimes.
When I refer to the Republican Party and I say "they" I mean the decision makers who thought Dede Scozafava and Charlie Crist were better than Doug Hoffman and Marco Rubio.
FYI: no fan of Infowars, whose name is seen early on a chyron. Jesse Ventura is a dude I'd have a beer with though.
Speaking of beer: ZZ and a little Tush
Lots of people in government getting fat and paid well due to the WOD. It's an ugly farce. It does nothing but grow the size of government.
I'm reminded of the theme song of "Barretta": "Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time..."
80% of the NBA is black..... RACISM!!
you are correct we should hand out kilo’s of heroin in 1st grade!! Cuz drugs are FUN!!! Here kids, coke lines for lunch!!
Good grief...
You would have a beer with a 9/11 Truther?
Obviously, you are not impacted, yet.
Then they came for the “fill in the blank”,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a “fill in the blank”.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
Ya look at the courts nowadays, and many have more cash registers than the local Walmarts..
One massive big government scam.
A Navy Seal, WWF dude, Governor of a state, with stories to tell? Hells yeah I would. Since when are you a purist?
Go to the courthouse.
90% of everthing on the docket is about drugs.
90% of the perps are funded by my tax dollars in their businesses.
Their is no space on the docket to even think about stopping other crime.
I always think maybe I hear a Leit motif.
“you are correct we should hand out kilos of heroin in 1st grade!! Cuz drugs are FUN!!! Here kids, coke lines for lunch!!”
That is ridiculous to say. There is a difference between legalization and giving it away or giving it to kids. That argument is moot for booze so what makes it work for drugs, nothing. If heroine or meth were legal maybe we could “trim” some dead weight. Pot is only a “stepping stone” drug because the guys that deal it deal other things too. If drugs were sold in a liquor store ... like booze. There are too many people that think they know too much about drugs around here. The bottom line is everything you throw at it dollar wise (WOD) is a flat out waste. Nothing anyone says tonight will change that.
I see Paul is continuing to blatantly pander to the race-obsessed left. The appropriateness of a law doesn’t depend on the skin tone of the chief lawbreakers. And besides, decriminalize all drugs (as I would happily do) and blacks would still be a majority of the prison population - that won’t change.
the ones leading the cause are also pro-open borders and would legalize kiddie porn with half the chance... liberaltarians are scum
I really hope they don’t legalize drugs. I don’t want to become an addict.
Its always about the bennies. My little courthouse here in TX is funded mainly by dope. Most small towns depend on dope for cash to make sure they have SWAT gear and fast cars. The picture they paint is Reefer Madness but the reality is a couple of college dude (with parents willing to fork over 2K) were just trying to get laid. If you don’t have parents with cash? Sucks to be you amigo.
“I really hope they dont legalize drugs. I dont want to become an addict.”
That’s what I call the “slippery soap” argument.
Out of all of the things that could be brought up as a challenge, conflating open borders with kiddie porn is a bit odd. Why was this pairing first in your mind? Should we be concerned? Not about the open borders I mean - the other thing.
Correct, because his stat is meaningless. Factoring for fatherless families, the incarceration rate for blacks and whites is identical.. Focus on the family and you solve the black prison rate.
as I said, movement led by the same people
Somewhat correct. It is also why the white population in prison has been rising quickly over the last twenty years.
If you factor in welfare, you get the same rates of incarceration.
Not sure what you mean there GeronL. Are you saying that Ron Paul supporters = open borders = kiddie porn? If so, that is a pretty big leap in commingling you are taking.
Excuse me, the the government never declared war on murder, and if they did slick, it would do as much good as their war on drugs did.
Hello?
liberaltarians. legalize everythingists.
I’m not of the opinion that anybody refrains from drugs due to their illegality. I also don’t think we’d be overwhelmed by new drug users should drugs be decrininalized. I also don’t think we can legalize all or most drugs enmasse, but I’m convinced the WOD has taken a horrible toll on us.
We liberaltarians also need to reeducate parents not to be prudish about kids too. Some evil parents don’t want their kids having sex, but we know it needs to start very early. We need to make them understand it is perfectly normal and okay to sleep nude with their nude kids “as long as both are comfortable with it” (meaning: as long as you have groomed and desensitized the kids well enough)
I agree with you 100%; I was just funnin’. ;^)
Thanks, but I was being a bit satirical for the crowd.
GeronL that is uncalled for. 10 yards and loss of down for excessive douchiness.
Lay off the booze.
I was going to respond to your post, but I’ve given up teasing retards for Christmas.
Compliments of the Season.
lol
...all wrapped up into a nice stereotyped bundle with you as the arbiter of all that is sacred and righteous...
Hey Tzar - questions? Or just a drive by?
Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura was NOT, nor was he ever, a Navy SEAL; though part of Underwater Demolition Team 12, he left the Navy 8 years before they were combined with the SEAL Teams, and SEAL status was not retroactive. The 2 NEC’s for each are different as well. Ventura, though on active duty during the Vietnam War, never saw any combat action.
Ventura’s claim to be a former member of SEAL Team 1 was exposed as a lie by former Navy SEAL Commander Bill Salisbury in his article published in the San Diego Reader. The link to the text of the original article is below.

Negatory good buddy. You mistake illegality with morals. Moral behavior would preclude the bs inherent in the choice of enforcement with current law. If laws were enforced uniformly, John Corzine would be in jail and a dude with a doobie would be laughing while watching it on TV. Instead, we have the opposite. And you apparently are on John Corzine’s side. WTF dude?
Ok thanks. I would still drink a beer with a dude who was not a Navy Seal but part of the Naval Underwater Demolition Team and a Governor and a wrestler. My bad. Thanks for helping.
Tzar said: Pauls People are being silly enough here without introducing other topics. They got sick of watching Harold and Kumar and started reading Rand, apparently.
Did I misread your comment?
Take a look around your neighborhood: I bet the biggest house is owned by people who run nursing homes, source of all those good legal tax-payer funded drugs. Guess who pays their bills? Yep, you and me. *Unless you live next to banksters then the bet is off.
