Thank you very much, Commish. You’ll never know how true that is, I’ve often tried words to express my feelings but when I finished painting that image, it taught me a lesson and a reason to never give up.

I HAVE been looking for a long time for a reason I’ve been allowed my 73 years of life and have found it in that image.

Those eyes will never leave my soul.

[When your painting is done, it is yours.]

Actually, I gave the painting away as a Christmas gift to a lady in my neighborhood who has troubled with health problems for years now.

I found my reason for being and I think it will give her a renewed reason for her’s.

I use computer graphics quite often. I appreciate them. I just am more fond of original hand painted artwork.

No offense to you. There is just something about the canvas, oils, brushstrokes, and the artist that are so natural and original.

I was making no comment or diss about the work or expertise that goes into the profession you speak of.

Both require talent.

Thank you. Wouldn’t it be great if our schools were allowed to put on the walls images of Jesus so the children can become more exposed to Him?

No words, just let them open their naturally curious minds and ask questions.
