I found this watering can over the weekend, I think it had a special use because of its shape and tiny pour spout. https://plus.google.com/photos/104740570180750966610/albums/5695710428831171889

Easy—its a combination coffee pot/dixie cup holder.

Or a combination watering can/novice witch’s hat block.

Or a combination teapot/waffle cone shaper.

Do I have to tell you everything?

Well, the benefit of the Schlenker relay is simplicity. However, the pentallium oxide solder that you have to use is a bear to work with...

i think it might be a kerosene can, they have come in many shapes. The main give-a-way for me, is the small spout.

Mostly ive seen round tin cans (gal. size) with the small spout .

Looks like a Turkish pitcher like we brought home, ourselves. (We lived in Turkey for 6 years.) We have an old one, this looks like a replica. Ours is copper with tinned interior, straight wooden handle. Sometimes used as a teapot. They make the tea strong, then add hot water from the Samovar into it. Possible use, anyway.

.....and they wonder why people abandoned the domestic manufacturers, and started buying foreign made gazoniflaptors.

I have a similar looking gizmo that was my great grandfather's bee smoker but this looks more like a pitcher.

If it is a bee smoker, you put a smoldering rag in the top part.

Especially since Dewey, Cheatem and Howe Copper Systems were notorious for using “simluated copper wire” which was ofetn little more than old guitar strings with copper plating.

If you tip it over it pours out.
