Help with songs for workouts. Laz would hit it..but I joined a gym. Ideas for good workout songs?

Many years ago, Chet Atkins put out an exercise tape. Listen to the greatest guitar player ever and get your workout all at the same time. Probably available on CD these days or download it to whatever those little jiggers are that hold all that kind of stuff.

Thank you for posting some great stuff. It’s taking me awhile to listen to it all.

I knew FRiends would have good ideas.

I will need to put stuff on ipod but I think that it’s better to work out with music rather than watching “The Chew.”

This is what I have on the MP3 I take to the gym with me every morning. I start playing these song’s as I get in the car. By the time I get there - I’m ready for 30 mins on the treadmill to warm up.
