If Obama fails to qualify for the ballot in just 1 state the whole house of cards comes tumbling down. It would be impossible for him to explain away and the Media could not ignore it.

If the judge is smart he will find in favor of the plaintiffs and release the verdict this coming Friday after 5 pm. Giving the Obamas what they deserve.

The hearing for all three cases were consolidated and were held last Thursday (1/26/12). The Judge gave the attorneys until February 1st (or possibly Feb 5th — I’ve seen conflicting info on the date) to submit anything further in writing to him. Judge Malihi will then consider the evidence and arguments submitted in the case as well as the law and then prepare his findings/recommendations. Those written findings will then be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp who will make the decisions in the case. We don’t know dates for preparation of the findings or the final decisions, but because time is of the essence I’m sure that Judge Malihi and SOS Kemp will move expeditiously.
I believe its been moved up to Feb 1.
The letter from the GA SOS does not indicate that.

The Judge has already stated he will issue the findings on Wednesday, Feb 1st.
I found these transcripts by doing some Google searches which led me to the Scribd.com site which was housing them. Scribd is apparently a free on-line hosting site for on-line documents and pdfs. I just now did some additional googling for fogbow and found out that thefogbow.com is one of those liberal sites that specialize in blowing smoke regarding the natural born citizen requirement in the constitution.
The “Friends of TheFogBow.com” watermark on the documents probably means that they were the ones who uploaded them to Scribd. Considering all the dirty tricks that the liberal establishment engages in, I would read these with a caution that it would have been possible for them to have made modifications *beyond adding the watermarks) in them. Somebody with more expertise than me in document forensics would be able to analyze them to detect modifications.
Or better yet, wait until someone more trustworthy such as the Plaintiffs’ attorneys upload them until you consider them “gospel”.

Submitted into evidence was the 2008 RNC Presidential Primary nomination papers stating that the Republican was constitutionally eligible and the 2008 DNC Presidential primary nomination papers with that statement missing.
So, they never acknowledged that he was constitutionally eligible to run back in 2008. Wouldn’t that be beneficial in determining the case?

Lawyers for that matter that are not even part of the government trying to stop any attempt to obtain any information to shed light on our President. I am an American citizen who resides in the State of New Jersey within the County of Essex.
Pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. Chapter 1, § 4 (“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”), I believe I am compelled by law to make known to you the commission of a felonious fraud.
On April 27, 2011 Barack Obama released an image that he claimed was his long form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. After more than two years of claiming that nothing was available but a Hawaiian abstract (a Certification of Live Birth that was posted on the Internet), Barack Obama publicly stated, “As many of you have been briefed, we provided additional information today about the site of my birth.” His usage of the pronoun “we” implies his personal involvement in what was released.
Enclosed is a detailed analysis of the long form birth certificate that came to my attention today: “Expanded Analysis of President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth” by Douglas Vogt. This analysis proves what Barack Obama released was, indeed, a forged computer-generated image. Forgery of a government document used for identification is a felony.
Due to Title 18 U.S.C. Chapter 1, § 4, after receiving this report of felonious fraudulent activity and its supporting documentation, because of the duties incumbent upon your position, I believe you have little choice but to either personally investigate this crime, or refer the crime to the proper law-enforcement agent for its investigation.
I would appreciate being apprised of the progress of that investigation, as I care deeply about my country. I object to anyone who commits fraud remaining in elected office, and trust you do as well. As I am not the only one upon whom this fraud was perpetrated, I will be reporting the findings of your expected thorough investigation with others across our State and the country who also witnessed the commission of the fraud.
In light of the evidence provided herein, I trust your response will not be immediately dismissive. I am an American citizen who resides in the State of New Jersey within the County of Essex.
According to the New Jersey Department of Elections, candidates for President of the United States are required to be Natural Born Citizens.
Today, in a Georgia evidence was presented about the fact that the current President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama II’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was from Kenya. Further testimony was entered into the court record regarding the definition of Natural Born Citizen citing Minor vs Happersett opinion from a Supreme Court written opinion from 1875. The court was presented with information which clarified the difference between “citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” via charts and copies of the Minor vs. Happersett opinion.
The 14th Amendment does not alter the definition or supersede the meaning of Natural Born. Lower court rulings do not conflict with the Supreme Court opinion nor do they over rule the Supreme Court Minor vs Happersett opinion. As Minor vs Happersett clearly states “parents” and not parent, the fact that one of Barack Hussein Obama II’s parents was a U.S. Citizen at the time of his birth may make him a citizen, but it does not make him a “Natural Born Citizen.”
To be a Natural Born Citizen, one must have two parents who, at the time of the birth in question, are citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, it is clear that Barack Hussein Obama II, according to Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution is ineligible to be President:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Five supporting documents regarding this court case are provided so that there can be no question as to the fact that a court in another state has heard been presented with evidence and testimony that proves Barack Hussein Obama II is ineligible for the office which he now holds.
Since the President has declared his intent to run for re-election, it is imperative that The New Jersey Department of State ascertain Barack Hussein Obama II’s status as a “Natural Born Citizen” pursuant to Minor vs Happersett. Provided The New Jersey Department of State agrees that Barack Hussein Obama II’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was from Kenya, then the current President of the United States, per Minor vs Happersett must be declared ineligible to run for the office he currently holds in the upcoming election.
Please understand this is not a partisan issue. The same lack of eligibility exists with Mitt Romney, whose father was a Mexican national.
