We just spoke with plaintiff Kevin Powell and he reports Judge Malihi has ruled against the Plaintiffs and stated in his order that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore Obama is a natural born Citizen.

The absurdity of Malihi’s outrageous opinion is no doubt clear to most FReepers, and should be clear to our elected reps and all who swore to defend the Constitution.

Right. I responded to what ‘it’ said and not you specifically. So they are saying all citizens born in the US are natural born citizens completely opposite of what the Constitution says. And the reason they made a distinction is the reason we have this problem today. Yep, America as we know it is over - $old out because man are lovers of themselves first not our country. And all by design.

How can that be the opposite of what the Constitution says when the Constitution contains no definition of natural born citizen?

Actually, that's how it should work. Instead of showing a paper certificate, you would provide an HTTPS link to whichever agency holds your original certificate. In this case, that would be the Hawaii Department of Health. The link would return your information, duly certified. That would be far more secure than paper.

I said ages ago that the decision rendered in Arkeny (the Indiana case) was obvious on its face and would be the decision reached by any court asked.
