We just spoke with plaintiff Kevin Powell and he reports Judge Malihi has ruled against the Plaintiffs and stated in his order that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore Obama is a natural born Citizen.

I knew this was too good to be true. He even let the Kenyan and his attorney the one finger salute. Where the heck did this guy go to school? His Civics teacher should be fired. Even Hussein knows NBC means TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS per his signature on SR511.

From the little I gather, the judge cited the Indiana Ankeny opinion that was not introduced in his court, and it is an atrocious opinion piece.
dunham lawyer had given the judge a COPY of the forged pdf certificate.
It will be revealed in years to come, that he didn’t meet the qualifications to be president.
People (like this judge) are too afraid of what it would all mean and the ramifications, to admit it now.

He basically told this judge that it’s a free for all.
Obama answers to now one. He doesn’t even have to provide a certified copy of a document. A zerox copy of a pdf/web image works for him.

I think by this judge stating he is an NBC, we have a avenue of appeal based on correctness of law.

Next up should be Arpaio’s Posse criminal investigation report due sometime this month. If there is some teeth in it, the plaintiffs should appeal this ruling to the judiciary and introduce the Arpaio’s Obama criminal investigation.

I knew he would. Do I believe that that was the correct ruling? No. But the fact of the matter is that obama is where he he because some powerful people want him there. And so long as he does their bidding, there he will stay.
