I’m usually a big fan of Palin. But this speech was lifeless.
>> But this speech was lifeless.
Bullshit. She rocked.
If she was lifeless, , this di*k would be dead!
Whomever this dork is that claims Sarah is anything but a Patriot
Is in and of it’s self LESS than a life form.
LOL, yeah, Sarah was on fire! Loved it!
Rick....
Why did they disable comments at GOOGLE after 303?
A possible crash of positivity? Or Obamabots spewing hate?
Hmmm..
Sad Nick Barkley died yesterday, we could use somebody with Balls!
She has some big Brass ones.
Peace out... whatever that means.

Anyone who starts off with “I’m usually a big fan of _____” is typically a plant, a fake, a shill or a malcontent.
She rocked that house.
“Bullshit. She rocked.”
I thought her nomination speech in 2008 was one of the best political speeches I have heard in 30 years. This one, not so much—distracted, wandering, mailed-it-in. I really wanted to like it . . .
But if you think she rocked, then rock on. It’s really kind of hard to have an argument about two very different subjective reactions.
“Did you hear the new Stones song? It’s great.”
“Huh-uh”
“Uh-huh”
“Bullshit”
Everyone listening thinks: “Oh man, he must know what he’s talking about. He said ‘bullshit.’”
Yawn.
Good night and God bless.
This speech reminded me a whole lot of the 2008 convention speech in every way, including its effectiveness. I thought it was the best TV appearance I’ve seen from her since that convention speech.
>> Everyone listening thinks...
Didn’t put that much thought into it. I’ll go chew on a bar of soap...
>> I really wanted to like it . .
It’s an affine thing for me. But I respect your point of view, FRiend.
I have to agree with the speech being a dud. It wandered with no theme to it. I am sure I will get flamed but in my opinion she said nothing but a few talking points and just rambled.
I’m not seeing what you guys are not seeing...
She was in her element, and the audience was right there with her. Yeah, towards the end there was a meandering moment, but it was brief.
No doubt charisma is a factor, and not everyone reacts the same to it. I just like her values and attitude. And I believe she’s sincere about it.
I love how people can insert their own biases and blind themselves in order to see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear regardless of what happened.
I thought the handling of the heckler left a bit to be desired, but beyond that was coy, on message and had a great message. She also gave a verbal slap down to Newt and Romney thinking that they’re the “true conservative” in the race and everyone should step aside and roll out the red carpet. I don’t think she walks on water, but it was a good speech and the auidence response was also well received. Her speech seemed to be 180 degrees from the pro-Romney result of CPAC....what an unusual way to wrap it up (YEA, Romney...you’re crap).
What speech are YOU listening to, friend?
