Romney said he was "severely conservative" in a deep blue state.
What the hell does that mean? That doesn't have a positive sound to it. What is so severe about being correct?
The Murdoch media keeps telling us that we conservatives are not yet convinced that Moot is conservative - as though if Romney just teaks that speech of his a little more here and a little bip and tuch there - THEN - er will all capitulate our sense and get aboard the Romney express.
The pundits want to keep this clown in the game so badly. I don't give a rats rear end how many speeches Moot makes or how well he articulates it. I don't care if he gets so good at it he sends a tingle up my leg and tears ooze from my eyes.
What makes conservatives -conservatives- is our ability to think without emotion and seperate fact from fiction. Unless he has a time machine - the polls are closed at my house.

Sounds like conservatism is disease or a horrible condition. Who says that Romney is electable? He is a terrible campaigner. He sticks both feet, his hands, and his hat in his mouth regularly. Also, I hate his blue jeans.

Using an adverb to enhance a characteristics about himself indicates that Romney has something to hide.

As governor, he signed a bill banning semi-automatic rifles in Massachusetts.
