Obama Ballot Challenge Filed in PA – A Nomination Petition Objection Was Filed in Commonwealth Court of PA Against Obama at 10:24 AM 17 Feb 2012

It was a long and busy, but very productive day. I just returned from Harrisburg PA, our state capital, where today we filed in the Commonwealth Court of PA and with the Secretary of State office the ballot access challenge/objection to Obama being on the ballot in PA since Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen of the United States” and is thus constitutionally not eligible for the office he seeks. Below is a very brief initial report of what transpired today with a couple pictures. Full video was recorded at the news conference and will be posted as soon as it is available.

PA ATTORNEY KAREN L. KIEFER TODAY FILED A ‘NOMINATION PETITION OBJECTION’ IN THE COMMONWEALTH COURT OF PA IN HARRISBURG PA ON BEHALF OF ‘OBJECTORS’ CHARLES KERCHNER AND DALE LAUDENSLAGER CHALLENGING THE BALLOT ACCESS PETITION FOR CANDIDATE BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA

That will go as far as the other challenges. After a while it gets kind of... depressing.

Who knows? Maybe the 976th challenge (or whatever it is) will make it.

Now I will try to stop being GloomyRabbit and return to my ferocious alter ego.

There's a new one in Arizona that appears timed with the Arpaio's Posse report, and there's now a US Supreme Court case that questions Obama's eligibility.

It's hard to keep track of them all. Heehee....

If you believe in freedom, you must support the challengers. It is not good when the Repubs refuse to comment. I think the first one with the guts will win and win big. They will be labeled but the masses have to stand by them. Eventually this has to make the news-SOMEWHERE! Same as the unemployment stats being “cooked”. That is starting to gain some momentum.

Yes, the first one with the gut will win and win big!
Unfortuntately none has shown any gut. I wrote to ask them to just challenge obama’s lawlessness when he failed to show up at GA court as ordered and they all ignore it!

What kind of president will they be if they dont have the gut to challenge the current ‘president’ for acting above the law?

"That will go as far as the other challenges. After a while it gets kind of... depressing."

Yes, it does get depressing.....but we MUST keep moving forward. We can do it a thousand times; however, one of those times just may stick.

Just because evil may win many a battle DOES NOT mean they have won the war. And this is EXACTLY what this is.....WAR.

Remember how many battles our Founding Fathers lost? Who won the war?

My tag line says it all. I should include all young Americans, but you get the drift.

I guess I should formally request to be put on your ping list, shouldn’t I.

Tell that to Rick Perry.

...CONCERNED CITIZENS OF PA, RESIDENTS OF AND DULY REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THE ELECTORATE...

Not being "up to snuff" on PA's laws and I could be wrong...he may lose if he isn't an actual elector like those in Georgia are.
Any and every loophole will be sought to close this case out.

While I admire the man's efforts he may fall short if he isn't an elector.

ELECTIONS Title 25
§ 1328. Approval of registration applications.

(a) Examination.--Upon receiving a voter registration application, a commissioner, clerk or registrar of a commission shall do all of the following: (1) Initial and date the receipt of the application.
(2) Examine the application to determine all of the following: (i) Whether the application is complete.
(ii) Whether the applicant is a qualified elector.

Perhaps there is more. I'll keep looking.

It's easy to keep track of those that have been successful, because there are none.

Were all the Georgia plaintiffs electors?
Would it matter which electors they were, democrat or republican?
Finally we now know who has “standing”....

Yep, applicable...@TITLE 25 Sec. 701. Definitions.
"Election." A general, municipal, special or primary election.

@TITLE 25 CHAPTER 16 COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS AND JUDICIAL REVIEW
§ 1602. Court of common pleas.

(a) Standing.--The following have standing to appeal an action of a commission to the appropriate court of common pleas: (1) An applicant whose claim for registration has been denied.
(2) An individual whose registration has been canceled by a commission.
(3) A qualified elector of a municipality whose rights are impaired by any general order made by a commission. (b) Time.--An appeal under subsection (a) must be made by the seventh day preceding an election.
(c) Grounds.--The appeal must request relief and set forth the grounds for relief.
(d) Hearing.--Upon timely receipt of an appeal under this section, the court shall conduct a hearing.
(e) Order.--If the court finds that an injustice has been done, it shall reverse or modify the ruling of the commission and issue appropriate injunctive relief.

At this point I'm going to assume I'm right...he needs to be an elector to have standing.

Keep your chin up! Keep your spirits up!

One of these cases WILL come through. (Think not just of war, but of Thomas Edison and his inventions.)

Keep praying.
