That means that the government is selecting specific religious institutions to bestow its favors upon, according to their willingness to submit to government decrees, creating government-approved religious institutions. That is exactly what the establishment clause is meant to prohibit the government from doing IMO.
By that precedent the entire Bill of Rights can be overthrown and made into the Bill of Government-Approved Privileges. One legal precedent does lead to another.
