Like the attack on Santy, his assertion is undoubtedly true, in some cases. The more general case, that people join because their denoms don’t uphold conservative values, is abundantly true in my case. But then I got Confirmed in the Catholic Community in the Montrose (St. Anne’s) - gayest Catholic church I’ve ever seen. So go figure.
