That begs the question: Why would anyone ever go to the trouble of forging accurate documents? Wouldn’t you just use the originals? Perhaps I don’t understand what you are saying.

Fake but also accurate? Upon WHAT would you base that hypothesis? What would be the motive to create FAKE but accurate documents? It’s still fraud if they’re “fake” but presented as real certified documents from Hawaii. They’re not fake but accurate. Something on it is bogus. That’s what had to be removed from his passport file in March 2008. The embarrassing something.
