It also shows you that the stamps were composed of removable date/year inserts and hence the outer seal of the stamp was kept for many years - the entire stamp was not remade for every year. The only thing the Obots had to forge was the year and they screwed that up.
But I guess we have to keep in mind that this was likely done in the mid 90’s when Obama first ran for the Illinois senate. Back then, he probably had only a few flunkies falsifying documents on his behalf. He may even have done it himself since he would have had to sign the document. It would be interesting to do some handwriting analysis on Obama’s signature to verify that it really is his signature. That would more-or-less prove his cooperation in this forgery!
When it is proven fraudulent by an official police investigation, let me know. An investigation done by real policemen with the legal authority to compel evidence and witness.

Unlike the posse, a grand jury does have the authority to compel evidence and witnesses. This has been previously explained to you here reply 134 and here reply 173
You may also want to study up on this web site concerning the forged SSS doc from Obama. I don’t think ALL these discrepancies are correct, but there certainly are some issue that point to FAKE. Perhaps you can be a little bit more informed...
