There's been a lot of ugly stuff in the blogosphere as well as various social networking websites such as Twitter since Thursday's shocking announcement that conservative publisher Andrew Breitbart died at the age of 43.
Possibly the most offensive came in a headline from New York Amsterdam News titled "Anti-Black Journalist Andrew Breitbart Dies Suddenly":
Breibart [sic] made his reputation by attacking liberal organizations and public officials as well as people of color.
He was most famous for attacking former USDA employee Shirley Sherrod who was fired from her job by Obama administration officials after he posted a video that implied that she had denied helping white farmers who needed her help. Later it was revealed that Breibart [sic] had skillfully edited the video to leave out additional comments Sherrod made explaining how she ultimately helped the farmers.

For those unfamiliar with NYAN, it is a weekly newspaper whose target market is African-Americans in New York City.
I guess that makes it acceptable to call Breitbart "anti-black."
As the Washington Post's Dylan Byers also noticed, NYAN seems to be confused about Breitbart's gender (emphasis added):
Her other major coup was posting questionable photographs of former Congressman Anthony Weiner, which eventually led to Weiners resignation Recently, he was caught on camera acting erratically in an attempt to discredit the occupied wall street movement.
So this publication called Breitbart "anti-black," misspelled his name several times, and is inconsistent about his gender.
The owners of this newspaper must be so proud of their product.
New York Amsterdam News is a newspaper that is geared toward blacks in NYC.It has published columns by notables including W. E. B. Du Bois, Roy Wilkins, Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. and Malcolm
Just thought I’d mention NYAN is also the fine publication that released the name of the “Central Park Rape Victim” back in ‘89, immediately after she was attacked.
Btw, there should be a /sarc tag in my last post, for the sarcasm challenged.
Elinor Tatum(the publisher of the newspaper) shares a radio program with Rev. Al Sharpton. So we know her political leanings.
Yes Andrew hated Black Folks so much that several of his contributors including myself are Black!

You know, there is just no way of getting around it. Liberals are determined to start a war. If they once again have to resort to using Black Americans as tools, they will be happy to do so. God knows their history is filled with examples of that very thing.
Just as with Muslims and their acts of terror and crying the blues over their victimhood, Libs just keep poking the dog with the stick. Every day they poke harder and laugh with glee as the dog gets madder and madder - Knowing full well that the chain binding him keeps the dog at a safe and impotent distance.
That chain is the race card, political correctness and the desire on the part of Americans to behave in a decent and respectable manner. But every time the kid pokes and the dog lunges, the chain grows weaker. At some point, one good poke is all it will take before the desire for decency is overcome by the desire for justice and little liberal Fauntelroy is going to get a face full of ‘cause and effect’.
And the thing is, the libs WANT that to happen, thinking they can spin and ‘manage’ the results to their favor. Personally, I think the only ‘spin’ will be the proverbial whirlwind.
I dream of the day when the black community heals enough that the liberal agitators cannot mine the past to hold onto 95 percent of the black vote.
This just pisses me off. It is so far from the truth and a insult to friends of Breitbart. I would love to give NYAN a fat nose.
Why do some insist on driving a wedge?!
Read “48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene. It will answer all your questions.
I will read that, thank you.
But this is so wrong. Some are grieving Breitbart more than others. Why should one single one of us suffer this carp over color/race?
Why has a fellow FReeper had to go off over race during their grieving? Enough! This is just hateful, painful, dividing carp where there is no need.
Screw them for ever making a FReeper feel the need to explain! Worthless bassturds.
The most racist/classist thing ever was the creation of welfare.
Because if they didn’t, they would have lost the black vote thirty years ago as blacks moved up the economic and class scale.
In all honesty, I have now bought that book 3 times. I loan it out and never get it back.
Greene has encapsulated in that book, the rationale behind every event we see on the national stage, in business and so on. The 48 laws will bring into crystal clarity things you just cannot fathom. It has for me and many others.
And that revelation WILL disturb the hell out of you.
And for those wondering, no, it’s not “Dianetics” or anything of the sort. It’s a dissection of the philosophies and motivations that are used to achieve and maintain “power’. Think of it as a modern take on “The Prince” to which it is often compared.
Well said Norm! Bravo!
We have an africanhyphenamerican centered radio station in Detroit (WCHB AM 1200) which features a local morning host named Mildred Gaddis. On Michigan Republican Primary day last week she featured a bunch of guests from the “community” on her show. One guest made the statement that Rick Santorum “supports the elimination of health care for black people.” Gaddis made no effort to steer the clown back to any semblance of propriety. This is another example of what passes for reporting in the leftist communisty.
With a steady diet of this kind of news, you wonder why black people feel the way they do?
The New Amsterdam News, they were one of the early supporters of Margaret Sanger and the eugenics movement by supporting a clinic in Harlem for womens health. They identified the blacks biggest problem as not Jim Crow laws, but large families. It is almost funny with a history like that any blacks read it at all.
