Mark Steyn: Miss Fluke goes to Washington
OC Register ^ | 3-9-12 | Mark Steyn

When even casual sex requires a state welfare program, you're pretty much done for.

I'm writing this from Australia, so, if I'm not quite up to speed on recent events in the United States, bear with me – the telegraph updates are a bit slow here in the bush. As I understand it, Sandra Fluke is a young coed who attends Georgetown Law and recently testified before Congress.

Oh, wait, no. Update: It wasn't a congressional hearing; the Democrats just got it up to look like one, like summer stock, with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid doing the show right here in the barn and providing a cardboard set for the world premiere of "Miss Fluke Goes To Washington," with full supporting cast led by Chuck Schumer strolling in through the French windows in tennis whites and drawling, "Anyone for bull****?"

I laughed out loud! Now for the rest of the story!

Sandra Fluke is not a “young co-ed”, Mark. She’s a 30 year old activist with a pre-planned agenda sent into the battle by the leftist scum in congress.

Here's what I believe is the goal: Planned Parenthood Center in every school and in every hospital and on every block throughout the nation....all government funded.

A full service "immorality" station.

Contraceptives is only a tiny part of Sandra's agenda.

Go back in time and she sounds EXACTLY like Hillary. The torch has been passed.

Feckless Dependent Tweedledum, meet Feckless Dependent Tweedledee.

Insane as this scenario is, the Democrat-media complex insists that everyone take it seriously. When it emerged the other day that Amanda Clayton, a 24-year-old Michigan million-dollar lottery winner, still receives $200 of food stamps every month, even the press and the bureaucrats were obliged to acknowledge the ridiculousness. Yet, the same people are determined that Sandra Fluke be treated with respect as a pioneering spokesperson for the rights of the horizontally challenged.

Sorry, I pass.

Speaking of Ms Rubberhead, according to BOR, she is off on Spring Break to California with her boyfriend. Someone without two pills to rub together and a rubber to toss out has more than ample funds to fly across the country and party down without an apparant means of support.

She just knows that munificent California will spare no expense providing for the recreational needs of out-of-state indigents.

Well, as noted above, she's attending Georgetown, a nominally Catholic seat of learning, so how expensive can that be? Alas, Georgetown is so nominally Catholic that the cost of her sex life runs to three grand – and, according to the star witness, 40 percent of female students "struggle financially" because of the heavy burden of maintaining a respectable level of pre-marital sex at a Jesuit institution.

Georgetown already capitulated to Obama's demand for a Jesus-free background for his speech. It should have no trouble kowtowing to Ms. Fluke's request for university-subsidized libertinism.

Mark laid his hands down on the most important question of all ~ this ol'gal is doing her song and dance in front of PELOSI, REID and SCHUMER, all of whom are certainly well past that time in life when they could even remember sex.

She could tell those old ausfahrts anything she wished and they had no choice but to believe it.

Do the Democrats in Congress not have newer, fresher, still functioning "blood"?

This dem calculation is back firing big time! If it wasn't for Rush and his misstatement nobody would really know of the 30 year old activist Sandra Fluke and this liberal ruse. Now instead everybody knows the dems want the Gov't (us) to pay for Ms. Fluke's promiscuous behavior and force people to provide contraception for others!

I'm sorry, but this is not going to fly with flyover country one bit! And just for good measure, Obama is going to be thrown out of office like a cheap prostitute gets kicked out of bed after the deed is done!

I am not sure where you get Obama out of this, except that Tsongas was a Dem.

Think what a fool someone would have to be to vote for a jackass like her!

Think what fools compose an electorate that votes for so suicidal and decadent a government!

Think what fools the Romans were to grant Caligula absolute power!

Think what fools the Germans were to grant Hitler absolute power!

Think what fools Americans are to elect Democrat politicians to powerful public office!

She may have been a solider, or rather a “crash test dummy” for the Left, but she has stained herself forever in a Lewinsky way. And she deserves every bit of what's coming to her.

Now, for the rest of her life, no matter what she does or says, no matter where she works and everywhere she goes, all the guys and all the gals in the room are going to be thinking, “Wow! This chick really digs sex. I'll be she is a nympho.”

Even if she is arguing before the Supreme Court, all they are going to have in mind is, “I wonder how many times she had sex this morning?”

She's done. It's over for her.

Even her obit years from now will say, “Ms. Fluke you may remember, became famous in 2012 for really loving to get screwed. She purportedly loved it. Even famous basketball star Wilt Chamberlain is reported to have said of her, “Dayem girl! You're making me look bad.”

She served her purpose for the Leftist elite and when she is of no more value to them, they will trash her mercilessly.

I would bet that Polosi or even that other crazy lunatic lawyer from California would ever shake Flukes hand. I know that even I would feel kind of yucky touching her. Where has that hand been today?...or even an hour ago?...how many STDs does she have?

In closing,.....yuck

Exactly...
last night there was a discussion (I think on FOX) abt re-electing O’bummer and it was compared to Carter/Reagan...the point being noone gets re-elected with crappy gas prices and high umeployment...
but it seems to me this time, everyone is getting unending unemployment benefits, food stamps (really a credit card) and aren’t working, hence O’bummer’s approval never goes below 45%...
their plan is working and perpetuating a dependent class that will vote for them for ever....

Perpetual teen syndrome, they decide to live their lives at being snotty know it all teenagers and avoid actual work.
Gets pretty ridiculous for them when they’re hitting on 30 years old.
Pathetic losers they are and all they will ever be.

According to her testimony, Ms. Fluke purchases 5.06 condoms a day, everyday, of the entire year.

If she takes a break of a day or two a month, the figure goes higher. So, based on normal human capabilities, according to her figures, assuming she has at least a few days off, she would be having sex up to 10 times a day for a few days, and then taking a couple of days recuperation time, and then back at it again.

As far as her being under oath, it doesn't matter. Antiquated notions of 'rules' and 'laws' and personal honor, only apply to Conservatives. Liberals can say and do anything they want with impunity. If Palin, or any Conservative woman, would have said anything even 100 degrees removed from this, all the Libs heads would have simultaneously exploded and begun spewing lava. It would be headlines in every Newspaper, Magazine, pamphlet, Television story, Sitcom, TV Guide, Sports page, oh my goodness, it would just never end. Women's rights my a$$.

This is not about women at all. This is about an agenda. It is about women of the Left. Women they admire and approve of. Women like Fluke.

But here, you have a Liberal saying, Oh yeah, I have sex 5 times everyday, and I want the government to pay for it, instead you get, "What a hero she is...She's fighting for women." Really!?...Ok, I personally do not think this is a very good portrayal of women trying to gain respect in the workplace. Hey, but that's just me. I just a dumb stupid Red Stater, so what can you expect.

I'm not elite and enlightened like the Liberals. I want to meet some of these women...man, the ones she is 'fighting' for, ...yeah I do, -- I mean, to discuss women's rights of course. What else?

The Following is from: http://savingtherepublic.com/blog

It is a known fact that public health service organizations make condoms free to the public upon request. But even if students were unaware of free access to condoms, the price of condoms, calculated against Fluke’s $1,000 per year expenditure would mean that she and her fellow students have sex five times a day. Wal-Mart, for example, sells a 12-pack of Trojan condoms for $6.50 each. $1,000 divided by $6.50 is 153.85 condom packs. 153.84 condom packs times 12 condoms a pack is 1,846.15 condoms used. 1,846.15 condoms divided by 365 days is 5.06 sexual encounters a day.

That’s a lotta sex.

Perhaps, however, Ms. Fluke was talking not about condoms, and instead about birth control pills. Just like condoms, public health organizations make birth control pills available to women who cannot afford them. But what if students are unaware that free birth control pills can be gotten? The fact is, generic birth control pills can be bought from national chains like Target from just $4 a month.
