Heard: high-level workers inside the USDA's SNAP program are planning a false-flag operation to ensure Obama's re-election.
The plan, as I heard it from my source, is to hack or otherwise tamper with EBT accounts such that on 12:01 AM on the first day of the month (in states that fill accounts then) the welfare recipients will not have any more money on their EBT than they did. I understand that EBT recipients line up at midnight at the stores on the 1st so they can start buying.
Then, when massive numbers of EBT holders are freaking out, the perps will spread the word at the stores through "community organizers" than the Republicans have cut their benefits off, because they hate Obama.
Okay, sometimes my source is a kook, but is there anything to this?
Conservatives behave differently in the face of adversity. I know my friend would, we grew up in a tiny rural town where people do for themselves. If it weren’t for the kids (3 grandkids and 2 daughters under 18) he wouldn’t accept any help at all.
Do we need a CW2 or Preppers ping here? I need smarter people than me to figure this out out.

However, the VERY SAME PEOPLE who did the 1968 riots are now running Obama's government. They are grizzled old veterans in Alinsky tactics now. They know their mistakes. And I bet they know they have one more shot to take the country over, before the country swings massively back the other direction.
Trust me, they WILL take it. I know "progressives" just like the ones in Obama's cadre.

That sounds implausible too, but it apparently did occur, and there doesn't seem to be all that much concern over it in the halls of Congress, on either side of the aisle. So, I don't know. It could very well backfire if so.
Nice to see we are thinking like them. If you think they havent brought this up at thier insider meetings along with things they are going to implement you need your head examined, they will not go quietly, they follow no rule and no law. If they are defeated in November rest assured they have an exit plan that will be with us for decades to come. We know who the masternminds, financiers and leaders are. They need to be brought to justice in the coming years if we manage to stop the bleeding in November. They will need to be hunted like the Jews hunted the nazis after the war. Lets make treason a household word again with a punishment

It's sick, and it's sad, but yeah, we have to try to think like our enemy would, and we have to at least momentarily take every outlandish rumor seriously.
Thinking like Alinskyites is like reading CS Lewis' "The Screwtape Letters," where the demon characters keep calling the devil "Our Father Below." It's messed up, yes, but it's spooky accurate.
I think this EBT scheme sounds exactly like something Alinskyites would do. Like you said, we live in a country where "Fast and Furious" has been done.

Granted, but how do you think the numbers of conservatives recently on EBT compares to the (in some cases) folks who’ve been living off the generosity of liberal-inspired entitlements (EBT or otherwise) for *generations*?
So I’m sure there are conservatives receiving some form of assistance or another. I can’t imagine their numbers would come anywhere close to significantly impacting the voting power of Obama’s “peeps”.

That makes no sense — you are trying to argue that urban rioting would cause enough currently anti-obama independants and conservatives to re-think their vote and give Obama the win? Seriously?
Inner-city urban areas are not typically known for voting Republican. The recent “Occupy” idiocy has shown us that even the Lib-tard politicianss got fed up with their “protesting”.
So, I stand by my original point. I’m still missing how a crisis *any* crisis at this point, makes Obama look good enough to convert a sufficient number of indies and conservatives to throw the election in his favor. Your conspiracy might make for a good novel, but I just don’t see it within the realm of believable possibilities in real life. Even *with* the full-on help of the MSM.

If not, tell me the effect on the election of massive urban rioting. Do you think it will affect the outcome? If you disagree with my conclusion that it will help Obama, tell me what you think the effect is.
And further, if urban unrest does not help Obama, then what is Occupy all about?

Not at all, and that goes to my point: **URBAN** rioters are not known for their staunch support of conservatives. So again, folks who would vote for Obama anyway would *continue* to vote for him in your scenario. In other words: status-quo.
As for the Occupy “protesters”, heck — they even managed to pi$$-off the LIB-TARD’s running most of the cities where they were “protesting” to the point the lib mayors sic’ed the cops on the protesters.
In fact, if the **NON-URBAN** areas of the country see the URBAN-LEACHERS burning down their ghettos because they can’t get the dole they think the rest of us OWES them, along with the congressional libs/MSM selfishly demanding we fund them in perpetuity, it just might backfire against Obama and the Dems even *more*.
Consider the rioting Greeks who are tearing up their cities because they might actually have to pay for *some* of their own food or whatever — demanding the rest of the world foot the bill to keep them from having to exert some self-responsibility and initiative. They aren’t generating a drop of sympathy from any conservatives/indies I personally know, or have heard or read on the subject. It’s *quite* the opposite.
Like I said, your premise might make for a nice novel, but I just don’t see it having much of an impact in real life. I’m not saying some indies, and perhaps a few severely confused conservatives might suffer a moment of idiocy and vote Obama because of urban rioting; I just don’t think it would be enough to be statistically significant.
It’s just my opinion and opinions will vary.
