NO. The “Political Question” doctrine is a doctrine of constitutional interpretation. It not to be confused with political expediency. Please, first get informed of this.
I am informed of it, trust me..now answer my questions...
If you are informed about it then this should answer your question.
Funny thing, I haven’t heard the GOP-e complain at all about Newt staying in. In fact, most encourage it.
All the FOX team didn’t seem to mind today.
Even Romney seemed okay with it on FOX and Friends.
but this is a vanity post LOL
Perhaps you could post a few links to some of what the GOP-e is saying when they are blaming Newt. We just want to see which person is saying this.
How would I know what the Electoral College would do? I would guess NOT unless the majority of members in Congress are bat crazy and the voters who elect them are certifiably insane. Simply because one could point to a “parade of horribles” that could happen under our constitution doesn’t mean it will.
I had several questions, and am awaiting your answer.
NBC is know to be born to two citizen parents..if not why did Chester Arthur hide and burn his records?
Why did Congress recently try and pass 8 bills changing the definition of NBC?
You dont change something or hide from something that is not in force.???
Do you agree?
..... So the child of two illegal aliens or a foundling of unknown parentage is eligible to be President of the US????(they are both currently citizens at birth)
According to your theory that is correct, do you stand by that?
Because its politically expedient???
IF not why then, I guess you are saying its a Political Question,? So that can change from one election to the next? What happened to the Constitution, is it then subject to Politics? Which parts are subject to politics and which are not?
You have answered your own question. It’s up to Congress and the political branches (not the judiciary) to settle issues of this kind.
