High Treason: Obama and Pentagon Declare Congress Invalid 2012
You Tube ^ | March 2012

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta's testimony asserting that the United Nations and NATO have supreme authority over the actions of the United States military, words which effectively declare Congress a ceremonial relic, have prompted Congressman Walter Jones to introduce a resolution that re-affirms such behavior as an "impeachable high crime and misdemeanor" under the Constitution.

During a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing yesterday, Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey brazenly admitted that their authority comes not from the U.S. Constitution, but that the United States is subservient to and takes its marching orders from the United Nations and NATO, international bodies over which the American people have no democratic influence.

Panetta was asked by Senator Jeff Sessions, "We spend our time worrying about the U.N., the Arab League, NATO and too little time, in my opinion, worrying about the elected representatives of the United States. As you go forward, will you consult with the United States Congress?"

Obama wants to be the Dick-tator of the world. He has little regard for the little American people or the country.

Sessions' reply should have been: "As you go forward, YOU WILL consult with the United States Congress."

You’re right. NO regard is more accurate. I might even say Contempt for The American people. Certainly if you are conservative.

F...(read without the ellipses) the Constitution, eh Panetta?

It is garbage such as this that makes me call the Messiah an affirmative action Adolf Hitler. He and Panetta won't slaughter nearly six million Jews directly as Hitler did, the Messiah will -- as is his wont -- lead from behind and have Ahmajinedad do it. And Jews support this guy in droves unlike wih Hitler :-|

Even if Congressman Jones is too quick on the impeachment trigger (he threatned Bush (43) wich impeachment, too), I am glad he is doing this. This flipping the bird to the Constitution needs a response

I think impeachment is the only remaining remedy.

Even if we mange to vote this demagogue out in November, much damage has been done. The government has been suborned and destabilized in a fashion which opens the door for future abuse. The only means of closing the door is for Congress to reassert its authority, and the Constitution provides that it may do so through impeachment. Otherwise, the ‘President/princeps’ (especially with the aid of an activist, non-elected SCOTUS) may have usurped all real power from the elected representatives of the people. Death penalty might be appropriate as a deterrent to others, if found guilty.

Somewhat off topic, but I thought this guy was getting car-bombed in Afghanistan yesterday. When did he give this testimony?

Youtube was uploaded on Mar 8, 2012.

But I’d be surprised if these sorts of assertions were not being made during the ILLEGAL Libyan campaign. (Dim’s always like to call wars they don’t agree with ‘illegal’, so its ironic that the war that they DO AGREE with really is).

Oh damn, I can hear the discussion in the WH right now. Can’t we get another crack ho to die, or get Rush to say something stupid so this will get buried in the noise?

At least a few in congress are starting to feel like I do everyday and that is this government is completely outside of its constitutional limits and must be dismantled IMMEDIATELY.

We cannot wait for the next constitutional protection to fall. Oh, wait, we cannot voice our concern near Hitler/Stalin/Mao/Lenin... in black face as that is now a felony.

I’d call my senators and congressmen right now except they are part and parcel to this treason and it is treason but as we all know treason no longer applies to the ruling class.

Chucky Shuuuuumer and his ilk are directly responsible for allowing this boy who would be king to pack the administration with every piece of communist filth he can find.

Why do you say he’s too quick on the impeachment trigger, because he threatened it on a Republican? You know Bush along with Obama and Clinton ALL signed Executive orders implementing United Nations Agenda 21. Which is essentially signing away our sovereignty. Just look it up, it’s the partisan politics that is allowing these jokers to get away with this crap. These Democrat and Republican politicians are totally in cahoots. They don’t hate each other like they want you to believe. And that “Patriot Act” is not a good thing for us just because Dubya and Cheney said so. I can assure you the most oppressive and anti privacy country’s are going to be quite safe and crime free. But That is still not a good way to live. How would you feel about the patriot act if it had been Obama’s idea.
