Obama executive order imposes martial law on United States

On Friday evening Barack Hussein Obama signed into existence “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” an Executive Order which will afford the president dictatorial powers over the nation and the American people whenever he chooses to implement it.

Some of the more important—and frightening—dictates of the Obama decree:

The President can place the Order in effect virtually whenever and for whatever reason he wishes. Although related to the Defense Production Act of 1950, written as a result of the Korean War, the current Executive Order makes it clear that the nation need not be at war or threatened with aggression by outside forces to be implemented. The Order specifically states that it may be activated in peacetime.

All actions of the Order are ultimately controlled by the President. Obama has appointed the National Security Council and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano as the “integrated policymaking forum” for all Order policies.

All commerce will be conducted according to the demands of the President. All “services, materials and facilities” may be commandeered by the President “as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense…”

Regulations will be issued by the President’s representatives, establishing nationwide standards and procedures of production. The entire economy will literally work under the President’s direction.

He and his representatives will also decide how all important resources shall be apportioned. They will “control the general distribution of any material (including applicable services) to the civilian market.”

The President’s representatives will have authority to...

Obama is in trouble for his reelection hopes. His administration is worried that he will lose the election. What to do?

A war would occupy the minds of the American people. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Iran. A pariah among most nations of the world. U.N. sanctions haven't stopped the race to a nuke. Only a devastating war would do that.

Enter Obama. U.S Navy carries in the gulf are at 6 with 2 more conducting exercises and trials in the North Atlantic. I believe a French carrier is there as well. A stunning amount naval air is present.

Obama hasn't moved our carriers there for Israel's defense. He has done so to strike Iran as a diversion from his failed administration. The MSM would be 7/24 with war news thus shielding him from a worse than bad economy and his narcissistic, epic failure as a _Resident.

The EO peactime authority change. War prep. Just my 02 cents.

the only part of what Hussein is doing that I actually agree with

For clarification, you believe that Congress should be disbanded and sent home?

Better watch out. I had a thread pulled this morning that implied this EO had to do with the bad guys “making their move.” The conventional wisdom is now that this EO is NO BIG DEAL. Those of us who buck that are kooks.

Is this one the ramp up for forcing Agenda 21?

Is this one the ramp up? . . .your guess is as good as mine.

Obama’s Council of Governers also exists as does HR645.

Watch the censored program, featuring Jessie Ventura in Conspiracy Theory – Police State (Season 2, Episode 4)

Any doubt I had, completely evaporated the morning I witnessed enormous quantities of those black vessels (coffins / aka grave liners) in broad daylight, completely unconcealed, stacked and loaded on several long flatbed trucks lined up one after the other, heading north on Rte. 9 in Dutchess County, NY.

I viewed this EO and immediately was worried, under normal situations this would be something that I would not get anxious about but after considering it given our current state of affairs it is at a minimum disturbing. I understand the need for martial law and limited influence of the fed gov but I would think that it is usually up to the individual states to enact something of this magnituded. in this context and in this our current state of the natation it can not be ignored that this is a power move, something that i am extremely uncomfortable with.

Man, I kind of wish Odinga would come over here and support Obama, now. I’ll pay for his ticket and give him room in my house too.

For clarification, you believe that Congress should be disbanded and sent home?

Short answer...Yes.

My hypothesis, if you please.

The current state of Congress does not in anyway represent the people of the United States.

The current state of Congress is a liability and hindrance to the well being of the United States.

The current members of Congress act only in their own self-interests, even if it is in direct opposition to the will of the people, in pursuit of money and power.

The role of Congress is to control or balance the Executive and Judicial branches and they have abrogated that function and responsibility.

It is only when their own personal paycheck and interests are directly affected that they will act or at least attempt to live up to their inherent responsibilities.

So, Yes. Obama should summarily disband them and send them home. If they go, then there will be nothing gained and nothing lost anyway.

On the other hand, if they send Obama’s dumb-ass packing back to Kenya instead, and send Holder to jail where he belongs, then the American people have not only rid themselves of an openly self-professed and self-declared aspiring dictator, but the American people will have also regained a ‘real’ Congress as well.

Obama is not totally a bad guy. And maybe he should be President somewhere. His problem is that he is on the wrong continent. He is baffled by America. His mentality and his way of thinking are foreign to America. He really would do much better in South America or Africa. It would suit him. He is doing what leaders all over the world do, and he is truly ‘struggling’ to understand why it doesn't work that way in America. He doesn't know? He is confused. This is all he knows of leadership, brutality and autocracy. He is just in the wrong country for what he thinks is normal, and that truly is the definition of the American Exceptional-ism in which he professes not to believe. Ah, said Yoda, “That is why you fail.”

All this can be stopped very easily if the 50 governors of the United States say resoundingly - NO!

If Obama stays ONE DAY past his appointed term he is a domestic terrorist, subject to all the laws of the United States under the Constitution. As are any who follow him, and every state can at that point arrest and confiscate any federal personnel and assets that are willingly engaging or being used to further Obama’s terrorist acts.

Everyone here MUST do everything they can to get good people into power in their state legislatures this November, and push them to enact legislation dealing with this problem should it arise. Don’t run the yap, ACT!

Uh yea, the congess is all that - so you want to disband them and leave it all in the hands of the office of the presidency (not obama in particular) that is the same EXACT thing - and worse because it's only 1 person?

I guess that makes perfect sense to you but it sounds like the bullet train to a real dictatorship to me.

CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!

Well of course it is. You may have missed the point.

Congress is doing nothing to stop it. Whether, they are there or not makes no difference. At least America will save the billions of dollars a year they are stealing from us in the form of paychecks, benefits, expenses, pensions, etc.

Obama has already said openly, that the U.N. supersedes the American Congress. Obama obeys the U.N., not the U.S. He has said so. So why are they still there? What function do they have?

Obama has already installed his politburo of 35+ ‘Czars’, as he calls them, which Congress did not and has never challenged, so why does he need a Congress anyway. He doesn't need Congress. He doesn't want Congress. He doesn't fear or respect Congress. He should just get rid of them. That will be just more money he can use for vacations.

Congress is full of cowardly, useless, grifting, sycophants, who are all bought and paid for by PACs and other powerful interests. They are weasels always looking for a payoff here or there. These are, oh so important fearless people (in their own mind) who cower in their million dollar taxpayer funded offices scared to death of their own shadow.

Who needs them? What do they do? What function do they provide? They don't do anything anyway. Well, that is, they don't do anything on a good day. When they do pretend to ‘do’ something it is almost always either taking more money away from us, or praising homosexuals, or supporting Obama's edicts in one way or another. Great huh?

This is what passes for “representing the interests of the people” these days. Well, it doesn't represent my interests or anyone I know. We would be better off without them.

Getting rid of Congress would clarify things for everyone. In the Obama administration, they are already gone in the sense that he doesn't care what they say or what they do. All I am saying is that we should formalize and recognize a situation that already exists.

I got the point. You’re pining for a dictatorship so we can stop Congress from stealing from us.

Well, if that is the way you see it...Ok.

I think you are being intentionally obtuse. But, it is all in fun anyway. :0)

I just dont understand this board any more. There's every sort of left wing freak on here championing ridiculous notions calling it conservatism. Things like how wonderfully Newt will twist a marxist idea into something conservatives will swallow.
Then there's all the police state republicans that believe driving infractions are crimes that should land you in prison, not to mention the ones that believe somebody smoking a bowl in his living room is a grave threat to the existence of this country.
And now a clown like you pining to abolish Congress and institute a dictatorship because they're not doing their job is telling me I'm obtuse? REALLY?! Those were YOUR words.

People like you used to be ran outta here on a rail but I guess that's what's called conservatism nowadays since no one else batted an eye at your post.

Have a great day yourself. Say hey to Obama for me.
