No hearings into Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States will be held nor or any even scheduled, a spokeswoman for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said on Wednesday, March 21, at 1:04 p.m.

“NO,” she answered in curt reply to the question, “Do You Have Any Hearings Scheduled?” even though Obama does not pass an E-verify check and the Arpaio investigation by seasoned law enforcement and legal personnel turned up very credible evidence of “fraud and forgery” in birth certificate and selective service documents on file for the sitting president!

Democrat attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA, filed a lawsuit in Broward Country Florida on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, on March 20, citing suspicions that Obama might not have been born in the U.S. and the fact that his father never was a U.S. citizen.” (1)

Florida “has a policy of not printing presidential candidates’ names on the general election ballot if the candidate does not meet the constitutional qualifications.” (2)

The Klayman lawsuit, according to World Net Daily, contends that “the requirement for natural-born citizenship which is found in the U.S. Constitution was intended to prevent foreign influences from influencing an American President.”

It may be that the only way to get any action on this issue is to organize a large, compelling public demonstration to quantify voters' volume and intensity of sentiment. However, it is Democrats who are more likely to engage in those kinds of events.

Congress will not do anything about this unless they feel they must in order to survive, e.g., get re-elected.

The Republicans in Congress are going to depend on “birthers” voting Obama out and them in. They know all about Obama’s fishy documents. It’s a win-win for them. They don’t have to lift a finger.

If the country is on the brink of riots because of a shooting in Florida, what do you think would happen if investigations were started or impeachment? They are trying to coast along until November and hoping that the rule of law will prevail in the election. I’m not saying they are right in absolute terms. I’m just saying.

Even if there were no riots, it would be all the excuse some of the middle-of-the-road voters need to decide the Republicans are irredeemably evil and to vote for the rats.

Because the Constitution = rule of law decided by courts, but Dictatorship = rule by executive order by one man using military force. Some say Soros has promised to withdraw another $5 billion from the banking system at one time and ruin our economy (remember TARP) if any court or Congress interferes with Obama’s presidency. I have read that Soros has threatened the media if Obama is exposed as a fraud. It may be that the federal government (CIA, FBI, NSA, secret service, Congress, etc.) is so infiltrated by commies that they have threatened our destruction if investigated.

Does this mean elections will not be allowed if it appears Obama might lose, or have elections already been decided?

I am on your side but the Reps don’t care anymore about the Constiution then the Dems do so if you are wondering why they don’t get involved then all you need to know is it’s not in their best interest to do so.

Reason being is why get rid of Obama and face Hilary and two, why rock the boat for Rubio or Jindal who are not NBC?
