Fluke is also their argument against those who joke "if the government has to provide birth control, then it should have to provide a partner to use it with". When Pelosi points out that Fluke is always available, any sober male with even the lowest standards would lose interest . . .

The Constitution, on its face, does not guarantee the right to abortion, either. But once the Doctor Frankensteins of the Supreme Court screamed “It’s Alive! It’s Alive!”, anything goes.
