It all depends on which constitution you are talking about, the, the US Constitution or the one that the federal government goes by.

Fluke is also their argument against those who joke "if the government has to provide birth control, then it should have to provide a partner to use it with". When Pelosi points out that Fluke is always available, any sober male with even the lowest standards would lose interest . . .

The Constitution, on its face, does not guarantee the right to abortion, either. But once the Doctor Frankensteins of the Supreme Court screamed “It’s Alive! It’s Alive!”, anything goes.
