Weve finished economist Arthur Laffers new book, Eureka! How to Fix California, which he delivered to the Register this morning in person while visiting with our Editorial Board. Its a good. But in a sense its a wonder why people have to devote countless hours of research to study such stuff, when the conclusions are so intuitively obvious. In short . . .

Obvious, as in -- Higher taxes and more regulation to help the environment and build greener technology?
Of course they are. The lifeblood of any web site that isn't member supported is the number of hits it gets.
