No national investigation required. We already know it’s a huge problem, a national disease as Nutter’s said.

What we need is to wipe the national disease out. And the liberals who created the national disease.

Perhaps the best solution to the problem is that a black controlled government body institute a “male juvenile correctional system”, for all black minors in its jurisdiction that transgress, or otherwise demonstrate that they are at risk.

This JCS would be managed and operated by black prior service military NCO’s and officers, run much like a military school, with the intent that all young black males within are given strong male adult role models and a disciplined education, until the age of 18 when they have a choice of military enlistment or remaining in the program until age 21.

Punishments would involve hard labor, and those who refused to perform would be fitted with weighted suits, so that any movement would require difficult work. You want lunch? Walk there, with a 100lb suit, or don’t eat.

I'm sure his plan would include the transfer of billions of tax dollars to the black community. All that would accomplish is better dressed perps and corpses with more bling and nice rims. I didn't hear Nutter mention anything about the thug culture of almost every single person involved. No amount of money can fix that problem.
