Obama’s Lies And Hypocrisy In Demanding Supreme Court Uphold Obamacare

The Anti-President is really so full of hot air it is amazing he doesn’t float away. Obama has in essence preemptively declared the Supreme Court to be an “unelected group of people” who will be guilty of “judicial activism” if they overturn either the individual mandate in Obamacare or the law in totality. He said to do so would be

an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically-elected congress

The man is either totally ignorant of history or deliberately lying to the American public as usual.

Judicial Activism? What About Executive Activism? Obama knows very much about activism, just not judicial activism. First, it’s not activism to overturn an unconstitutional law. That’s the court’s job. Second, if overturning a law that is “a duly constituted and passed law” is judicial activism, what is it called when the Chief Executive unilaterally decides not to enforce one of those laws because he has decided it’s not constitutional?

President Obama has decided that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional and has asked his Justice Department to stop defending it in court, the administration announced today.

The president is not given the power under the Constitution to determine the constitutionality of laws, yet Obama took that power for himself. Sounds like the worst sort of activism….dictatorship. And it’s not the only time he’s done it.

Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

President Obama, judicial *review* of laws passed by Congress is not judicial *activism*!!! Judicial review is the very legitimate function of the Supreme Court.

My first thought when reading is that he is definitely both. But then; so are his constituency for whom he crafts a venomous; threatening picture with embedded invitation for them to act on it.

We know that Obama sets himself as victim of every failure he invites. This is just another aspect of same MO. As well, he creates a 'me/they' - the enemy MO; i.e. 'those' who dare to disagree with his vision for an Obama-centered, mega-socialist America.

Agree with him; or you are a walking 'hate crime'. (So Alynsky. . .)

Meantime; we can appreciate that a Federal Appeals Court is not taking this lightly and has challenged Obama to a legal response for his arrogant and misguided assumptions of the Constitutional role of our Supreme Court.

Whatever his response; we know for certain, that Obama will continue to do what he does best per practice of his 'high art' - dividing and conquering - by drawing demarcation lines of hate through America's culturescape.
