I don’t think the Clintons would have let a death threat go unnoticed. Clinton is well liked and actually respected for some reason and still has power. He and his wife could have gone public on this and stopped the whole BO machine. Hill would have been president. After that, if anyone was murdered, it could have been used as proof that they were threatened and this would have been stopped. I don’t believe he would let this happen.

You know that when you rile somebody up like that in politics, that you are getting close to the truth. The Left gets very angry when anyone asks about Obama’s eligibility. The opposite should be true. They would welcome such questions and then use it against their detractors later but later has come and gone.

we might as well invite the Muslim Brotherhood in to form the next government

We have already. They were meeting with the US Chamber of Commerce in "private" yesterday. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2868157/posts

The petition called for a floor nomination of Hillary Clinton that would force a count of the delegates for each candidate.

“There was no way the Democratic National Committee could knock the signatures off this petition,” she said. “The next step was to get a super-delegate to introduce these petitions from the convention floor.”

Thomas turned to Bill Gwatney, the chairman of the Arkansas Democratic Party and a close personal friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton, to pick a super-delegate from the Arkansas delegation to introduce her petition at the convention.

On Aug. 13, 2008, a gunman entered the Arkansas Democratic Party headquarters, walked down the hallway to Gwatney’s office and fired several shots at him, killing him instantly. The assailant, identified as Timothy D. Johnson, was fatally wounded by the police after a long car chase.

The Democratic National Convention began in Denver less than two weeks later.

Thomas said she also had approached former U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones from Ohio, “an African-American woman who had been campaigning for Hillary from the beginning to the end, and who never wavered in her support even though she had major threats from the Obama campaign and from the black community that she had better change her support.”

“Unfortunately, Stephanie Tubbs Jones died of a supposed brain aneurysm just before the Democratic National Convention,” Thomas recalled.

On Aug. 20, 2008, Fox News reported that Tubbs Jones, 58, “one of Hillary Clinton’s biggest supporters during the Democratic primaries,” suffered a brain hemorrhage while driving her car in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and died after being rushed to the hospital.

“We found it quite a coincidence that Bill Gwatney was killed the day after we talked with him,” Thomas said. “And just a few days later that Tubbs Jones died suddenly of an aneurysm, after she had agreed to introduce our petition.”

They are refusing to allow anybody to see ANYTHING except easily-manipulable computer abstracts. And they had responded at one point that there was no birth record for Virginia Sunahara in their database even though the printed birth index showed a birth record for her - so at least at that point the database had been changed from what they wanted the public to see.

As Butter said, Hawaii has denied Virginia's own brother from getting her BC. He's having to sue the state. Why would someone be denied their sister's bc and that bc is the very one that is suspected of being stolen by Obama? HI inacted a new law a couple years ago about vexatious requestors in that they won't reply to citizens' requests for public information (aka the butterdezillion law). Then Obama's good buddy Abercrombie coincidently gets elected governor and stated his first act would be to find O's bc. However, he goes all flippity-floppity that it's not there one day, the next it is there, the next it's in the archives where bc's aren't kept, and then there isn't a record per say but that maybe it was written in the margin or some such hooey. He's finally shut up about it. HI is now locked up tighter than Ft. Knox and no one is getting anything out of them.

As products go, Fox faux news is a lot like Romney, so it's no wonder they campaign so hard for him.

If you had an actual choice that gave you close to what you wanted, you wouldn't go anywhere near Fox or Romney.

Unfortunately, when near universal suckiness is the rule and not the exception, seems like the best you can do is end up with that which sucks the least.

Wow. I hadn’t known any of that prior to your posting of it. Even if the events are unconnected, they would certainly leave the IMPRESSION that crossing Obama will get you killed.

Two different ways of shutting people up. Both effective.

Indeed. But shutting someone up and controlling them are different things. Breitbart left a legacy and has inspired a new generation. In a real sense, he is not silent and that cannot be controlled.
Limbaugh still breathes but if he remains silent then he is not fearless and is being controlled.

That’s a good point, and it also applies to the news media as well: if they had gone public with the threats they could have stopped Obama from becoming POTUS.

That’s one of the reasons why I think there is more to this. Here’s a link to one post about my theory: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2866680/posts?page=49#49

And I’ll re-post another here that talks about it:

He gets his power from George Soros and Soros’ communist and Islamist allies. My computer is slow and I’m headed off to bed so I didn’t take the time to read the article and don’t know if this article mentioned it, but in the full interview this gal gave she said that Soros met with both Hillary and Obama to see if they were game to help him destroy the USA; Hillary wasn’t but Obama was fine with that plan.

All Soros had to do was get his communist and Islamist allies to make a run on the bank all at the same time, throw the economic world into chaos, and then threaten to do the same thing again if anybody resisted whatever he told them to do...

Of course, there were also less-drastic threats that could be used on the more minor players. Like the threat of race riots (for politicians) or the threat of FCC/FTC annihilation (for the media personalities to think was the threat). But for the people who could really make a difference - like President Bush (whose AG still controlled federal law enforcement) or Roger Ailes (who could have reported any threats to silence the media and eliminated those threats), the threat of collapsing the entire world’s economy - right after proving he had the power to do exactly that - was enough to keep them in line.

And that may have included Hillary too. Or it could have been enough for Hillary to know that she would have to try to win even with Soros fighting against her - Soros who has said the democratic party is his since he bought and paid for it.

See, Hillary is mostly communist herself but she is also a natural born US citizen, and I don’t think even she could bring herself to wish for the destruction of the US. That’s the difference between being an American and being a foreign enemy combatant, and the Founding Fathers were pretty smart people to realize the difference.

This is all speculation on my part, but based on strange things we’ve pretty much all noticed.

I’m really wondering what SCOTUS is going to do with Obamacare. It’s being set up as likely that SCOTUS will throw out Obamacare and that fact will help Obama’s reelection chances. I’m not so sure that’s what’ll happen though. If Soros has the kind of power I suspect he does, for the reasons I suspect, then SCOTUS will probably do whatever Soros wants. I’m not so sure that Obamacare being overturned would help get Obama elected - or that Soros is actually worried about re-election even, since he could pull the plug on the world economy at any time if he thought Obama was in danger of losing the election. Obama’s public comments toward SCOTUS seem threatening IMHO.

We’ll see what happens, but I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if SCOTUS throws us all for a loop by upholding Obamacare - even after putting up the appearance that they won’t. If that happens I will consider my theory practically proven.

I think Chief Justice Roberts is the weak link. I think he is the one Soros threatened - which is why he expressed confidence in the justices knowing when to recuse themselves, even though Kagan and Sotomayor had just refused to recuse themselves in the case Hemenway was arguing (I keep forgetting the plaintiff’s name in that case. sigh) AND Kagan ultimately allowed herself to participate in Obamacare even though she would be hearing the very arguments she herself developed for the Obama administration. So in both instances she was the judge of her own self - the ultimate “conflict of interest” ethics breach. Yet Roberts actually publicly defended that. Gag. Either he was threatened into that, or he is a tiny fraction of the Constitutional defender he was thought to be. In either case he would be the weak link...

Anyway, just some thoughts before I head off to bed. G’night!

True.

My husband and I have had the discussions of whether it is better to fearlessly die telling the truth or live to fight another day. Sometimes it’s a tough call. Every so often we fight about whether I have to do what I’m doing, or whether I could just go back to quilting and let the Lord take care of the future of this country.

I get your point, but since we don't live in a sane reality, it's moot.

We share a world with highly ambitious, immoral people who ruthlessly seek absolute power and won't let the rules ordinary people live by stop them from acquiring it.

Do you honestly believe such people would deny themselves any advantage, legal or otherwise, over their competition? Such as blackmail and intimidation? Have you been paying attention?

Remember the 300 FBI files the Clinton crime family stole when Bill and Hill went to Washington? Remember the Clinton Death List? obama laughs at those amateurs.

obama isn't some dixie mafioso like Bill and Hill. He's part of the Chicago way, bankrolled by Soros. This is professional, world wide and they've been planning for a very long time.

At this point, I don't dismiss anything. If and when you start to see past the purposeful distractions, you'll understand why.

Why is Soros your bogeyman? He is rich and powerful but he’s not the richest man in the world.

Why not Warren Buffet - who is richer and far closer to Obama?

Is it the accent? He does sound like a Bond villain.

Whoa...I remember Stephanie Tubbs' death, but didn't know the coincidental connection with Gwatney's murder.

I doubt things like that are uncommon to politics and power at that level, but damn, how did we survive these fine examples of humanity to last this long as a nation?

More to the point, can we survive this time?

Yes it does. Funny how democrats tend to leave a long trail of dead bodies in their wake.

Even Jimmy Carter, but of course his million + trail of dead bodies are in Iran,Iraq, Israel, and other parts of the world.

Which is exactly why I want this to stop. It makes us look more out of touch than followers of Mark from Michigan and gives the Dems and the media, sorry redundancy, more ammunition to attack us. This isn’t Vince Foster. There were very legitimate questions about how that death was investigated. This is about a candidate for POTUS threatening the family of his opponent. There’s the Chicago way,but even Al Capone never did that.

It’s really not an exaggeration to say that the USA has become communist Russia in many ways.

Talked to someone who left the Ukraine after Chernobyl. I was making the the point that I believed the bald faced lie was the default method of communication from private and government management. This person volunteered that it was starting to feel like Soviet Russia.
