Easy, earmark the funds. The only reason that the president gets the money to spend on these things is because Congress failed to do their Constitutional duty and allocate it themselves. But, people hate earmarks, and somehow think that without them less money is spent, and so all the cash goes to Mr. Obama and this is what he does with it.

FWIW, I (we) got a memo last week that they couldn’t make payroll. So much for paying the rent that was due last week. And the car payment is due tomorrow. But maybe tomorrow is payday. That would be good. And I did work 60 hours last week. So next after next payday should be a little better.
I was sooo tired yesterday. I think the Hep C is killing me. A couple of people came around from the Church. To see hows things. I told them it was a struggle. They sent someone else over that afternoon. It was...embarrassing.
