Statement by Larry Klayman, Esq. on Florida Ballot Challenge
Mr. Klayman, Founder of Judicial Watch, Freedom Watch and the only one to ever successfully sue a sitting President, is representing Mike Voeltz, of Plantation, FL in his “Obama” ballot challenge.
I took this case on in my private capacity because it is at the epicenter of not only a major Constitutional crisis, but one of which most people are completely unaware, or they have allowed themselves to be convinced is merely a ‘sideshow’ promoted by ‘carnival barkers.’ Thank you for that colorful, but inaccurate imagery, Mr. Obama.
My work on the case representing Jerome Corsi vs Esquire, on defendant’s alleged attempted suppression of the “Where’s the Birth Certificate” book, made me aware of how outrageous the fraud of forged documents and stolen identity is. This is major; unprecedented for a (putative) sitting “President” of the USA. Even if that wasn’t the case, he would still be ineligible for the office, supported by his own admission that his father was never a citizen. Centuries of settled law established that.
So I looked at all this, looked at over 100 lost cases to date, looked at the solid opposition of Republicrat officials, media, courts, Congress, agencies, and still thought—I simply must do something. There must be at least one honest judge left in our troubled nation, one who will review the overwhelming evidence in a properly pleaded case and rule that this usurper doesn’t belong on the Florida ballot. We already have more than enough evidence to get Obama out—we simply need someone to do the right thing. I’ll do my part, if judges – and enough citizens – do theirs.
Why Florida?Currently, the case has been filed, amended once, and is now in discovery. We anticipate interrogatories, fending off a motion to dismiss, and a hearing, with witnesses, evidence. We intend to rectify the injustice inflicted upon registered Democrat plaintiff Michael Voeltz in having an ineligible candidate fraudulently talk his way onto the ballot of the great state of Florida. In doing so, we will also benefit millions and millions of other citizens of Florida and our beloved nation. In the event we should not succeed in that mission, we will still succeed in exposing the crimes of AKA Barack Hussein Obama and his enablers, rendering re-election an impossibility, something the Republicans have so far been unable—or unwilling—to do.
•We can file in any one of numerous counties
•Quite a few of those counties are very conservative
•I like Florida, the third biggest state, which is electorally vote-rich, and where I have lived for many years, worked very successfully on the Gore vs. Bush and other cases, and know my way around the landscape—and the law – here. Indeed, I ran for the U.S. Senate myself in Florida in 2004.
•If we can knock Obama off the ballot in Florida he cannot win the 2012 presidential elections. It’s that simple.

I have come to the conclusion that there is a national security issue involved in this situation. It is the only thing that would trump law in this nation.
After going over my research, I picked at some clues and teased out the determination that Stanley Armour Dunham worked for the CIA. Obama may know something, gleaned from his grandfather, that would be so terribly damaging to national security that everyone in Washington, D.C., is walking on eggshells.
The fact that Republicans are so desperate to oust Obama through an election that they tolerate Romney, a pathological liar and self-professed progressive socialist to buy his way into the Republican nomination, is a measure of how desperate politicians are to get Obama out of the White House without causing a major international blowup.
Question remains, will someone in a position of power to do anything about this fraud...actually stand up for the Constitution and rule of law?

This "IF we can find someone ...." is where the damn thing has always broken down. Whether one thinks Obama is legitimate or not, the very least a rational being can say is "It is an issue worthy of our attention."
It is the constitutional duty of every state attorney general to address the issue.

Thank goodness for Jerome Corsi, the guys down in AZ, and others keeping this alive. The man is a fraud and absolutely should have never been president. It truly has been a disaster for our country.
I think it shows just the opposite. Nominating Romney shows me they WANT obama to stay in office. At least it shows they don’t have the courage to challenge him.
I also think that’s why Sarah Palin didn’t run. She knew there was too much power there to defeat. This “machine” shut the Clintons down.
And that is saying something!

Without getting into just what the particular national security issue (or issues) could be, I have inevitably found myself in the same place. There are any number of reasons, from greed to apathy to fear for the safety of oneself or that of one's kin that can explain much of the complicity, both active and passive on the part of personages who could force the issue.
I've come to a point intellectually where the media, governmental, judicial blackout is so all-encompassing that the odds of it being such a near totality is statistically impossible. It's like the vote percentages that Saddam Hussein (heh) used to get in "elections" in Iraq. The only thing to my mind therefore, that could explain the lack of vocal, persistent pushback on the usurpation by patriots of prominence who would risk the safety of not only themselves, but those close to them to make the truth heard, is that they've been convinced utterly that whatever is in play, it is so dire that it would mean the end of the country, and in a bang, not a whimper.

I agree with what Ann Barnhardt said at Liberty First over the weekend: this is the biggest crime ever perpetrated in the history of humanity. And entire nation has been stolen and then used to further the cause of evil.

And the laxness of the secret service and breaches that have already been made possible - even the breaching of the White House itself - says to me that if the risk was just Obama and/or what Obama knows, somebody could have eliminated him by now if not before now. The Clintons are known for being able to do stuff like that. Obama has hidden all his medical records so an aneuyerism (sp?) or heart attack dart would have been very do-able for the Clintons, as well as fabricating medical records to fit the portrait.
I think the security risk is more than just Obama personally, because that would be too easy for somebody to simply eliminate, if they really believed the nation was at risk. Indeed, Obama has gotten for himself the authority to assassinate ANYBODY he believes is a threat to the nation...

It is very interesting that in spite of their talking about the evils of Wall Street, the dems have made sure that nobody is protecting the US against the real threats that the Wall Street fat cats pose.
I’ve asked my US representative what has been done to protect us from being blackmailed by the threat of economic terrorism such as what happened in September of 2008 (which the source above points out could well have been the work of Islamists and/or George Soros - citing comments to that effect by knowledgeable people). I wish I could get that speech transcribed so everybody could see it.

This is, indeed, a national security issue. The "natural born Citizen" eligibility provision of the Constitution was specifically included as a national security measure to ensure that the office of POTUS did not fall under the control of foreign influences.
Elements obstructing enforcement of this national security provision of the Constitution are subverting the very core of our Republic.

On the one hand, I bet those elite Secret Service personnel involved in the Colombia, South America prostitute scandal were subject to some of the most exhaustive background checks ever conducted by the federal government of potential employees, that is, Secret Service officials know what they eat for breakfast and the name of their 5th grade teachers.
On the other hand, compare those exhaustive background checks to the background check of their boss, the President of the United States, one Barack Obama, whose background is so controversial and so unclear that we can't be sure that he is who he claims he is.
For instance, was he born in Hawaii? Did he fill out his own Connecticut Social Security application when he was a teenager back in Hawaii? Did he really register for Selective Service? Did he or did he not register as a foreign student at Occidental College in California? And the questions go on and on.
And yet, come election day Nov. 2012, there will be millions of voters who will still vote for this presidential candidate whose history we know so little about.
Can there be a sadder situation than this seemingly never ending who-is-the-real Obama mess? Sad. Very sad.

I know it was a long time ago, but is there any chance you’d be able to find out what the address was on that article? I remember reading shortly before the election that somebody had accessed layers of the internet that are hidden from most people and had found past articles by The New Party in Chicago, mentioning Obama as a signed member of the party. I wonder if a person who knows how to do that kind of thing could find what you saw back then.
I’m sure they do know who did it. That was one of the big points of doing it. Just like the point of 9-11 wasn’t to kill as many people as possible, but to hit our economy and alert the whole world to the fact that they are out there and dangerous.
I want to listen again to that speech and Q/A. Actually would be good to get the book. This guy has informed the government critters about economic terrorism and nobody will do anything about it. I’m thinking he started telling people about it after September of 2008 so if nobody would address it, it could be because they already knew who did it and that the communist-Islamist alliance had its stooge in the White House (and was thus in charge of the execution of all laws, agencies, law enforcement, etc). IOW, the manufactured crisis worked.
