Apparently gang rivalries in Southern California are breaking down along racial lines, and the Mexican Mafia has ordered Hispanic street gangs to "'focus on getting the blacks out' of their territories, according to an Escondido police gang specialist" as reported by Eva Knott for the San Diego Reader.
Racial unrest in the underworld has been boiling over for the last few years in the Golden State.
Last year the feds indicted 51 suspected members of Azusa 13 -- a Latino street gang affiliated with the Mexican Mafia -- for their alleged roles in a terror campaign against blacks in Azusa, CA as then reported by Frank Stoltze for KPCC: "The indictment alleges that nearly 20 years ago, the Azusa 13 adopted a racist principle to harass and use violence in an effort to drive African-Americans out of the city of Azusa."

All he has to do is stand up for the normal justice system in the US when there is some inevitable incident involving an Hispanic and a black person. You know, not take sides when the usual race baiters try to railroad the Hispanic guy, but call instead for calm to let the wheels of jurisprudecne do their thing and sort out matters of guilt or innocence.

The Mexican mafia is just another name for the Mexican drug cartel operation. They’ve declared a war on their drug dealing competition and other criminal activities and it happens to be Black. If the competition were gringo, they would kill the gringos.
Blacks don’t play well with others and don’t like being dominated by other races. The Mexican dealers don’t want them around.

my brief visit to El Paso lead me to the conclusion that the people there are very nice.....most are bilinqual....

The Mexicans families might be deteriorated but real families are often almost nonexistent in ghetto black communities. With the opportunities open to blacks in the last 40 years everybody with their stuff half together left. Women with children from different men and no husband are not much of a family, Big Mamma is fighting a losing battle.
