Actor Kevin Bacon told the Daily Caller on Thursday that he feels President Obama has “made a difference” and will be supporting him for re-election.
“I’m going to vote for Obama,” Bacon said. “I think he has already made a difference and I support him.” He also said that he was please “overall” with Obama’s performance.

Obama HAS made a difference in the lives of millions of unemployed Americans, those who are elderly or approaching old age with the threat of death panels ahead of us, and everyone who buys gasoline to get back and forth from their taxpaying jobs. Not everyone is a "celebrity" who has no such concerns. I plan to make a "difference" by NOT supporting anything involving Kevin Bacon.

This is why actors should keep their politics to themselves. I always liked Kevin Bacon, thought he was a good actor. Now, this is what I’ll always remember whenever I hear his name and the negative association is so imprinted on my psyche that I’ll probably unconsciously avoid any product or film with his name on it for the rest of time on into infinity. So there.
