The speaker in the video was displaying body language indicative of deception, so I didn’t watch more than about 15 seconds of it.
I know some very intelligent folks with like 4.0 college records that think Ron Paul is the answer, but this guy on the youtube vid is correct.
There is something scary about Paul.
some guys rant...video blog spam
I’m curious about Ron Paul, but not enough to watch a video of something that should have been written down, or at least made succinct.
Since you can’t see his full body or hands, how did you come to that conclusion? Just wondering.
“The speaker in the video was displaying body language indicative of deception, so I didnt watch more than about 15 seconds of it.”
Thanks! That would be me. Perhaps you’ve been watching too much Bill O’Reilly. What was it about my body language that was indicative of deception? Just curious.
A synopsis would help.
No is he not serious.
He is a nut job.
With all due respect, you’re a lunatic.
Sure he’s a nut. But I would rather vote for someone who is wrong on foreign policy (but pro-life and conservative on fiscal issues) than an unmitigated and pathological liar who is wrong on MOST of the issues and cannot be trusted on anything he promises.
“With all due respect, youre a lunatic.”
If you would like to defeat me on intellectual grounds, please do; however, stooping to personal attacks indicates that you apparently cannot.
Personal attack? No. Observation based upon your video. YOU rant about how ridicules it is for Ron Paul to be running, then make the statment that Ron Paul can win the general election. You contradict yourself, and profer a claim that is untrue. You’re a lunatic.
“YOU rant about how ridicules it is for Ron Paul to be running, then make the statment that Ron Paul can win the general election. You contradict yourself...”
OK sagacious one. I’m sorry if you don’t understand the basic statement that Ron Paul CANNOT WIN as a ERPUBLICAN because he has no chance of winning the nomination but COULD potentially win as an 3rd party candidate because he COULD possibly siphon enough votes from many different directions.
There are differences between the two contentions.
Your juvenile name calling is a Democrat propensity that is unworthy of this forum and unworthy of my attention. So I will say good night Soldierdad.
I strongly suggest you get back onto your meds. You're experiencing a heavy case of decompensation, with serious delusions.
If Ron Paul ran as an Independent, he would get my vote.
If that means I’m taking votes away from Mitt and obama ends up winning.....I could care less.
This nation will not change for the better with either of the two choices we have at the moment.
Hi, Scott, nice to meet you. I enjoyed your video, and I see some unfriendly comments both there and here.
Nothing wrong at all with speaking your mind, this is still a free country ...I think.
Personally, I don’t think Paul can win, because he lacks leadership qualities IMO. He kind of comes off as an old coot.
But I’m not sure anyone on the right can win to be perfectly honest. America just doesn’t seem to be producing strong conservative leadership, or strong anything for that matter. Seems like we are headed backwards into a dark ages or something.
I really, really fear an Obama second term. I think it would spell the end of America, so the best course of action I can come up with at this time is to vote for theperson most likely to defeat him, and that is you know who....blegh.
Not even sure we’ll get that far, or even if he does somehow win, I don’t think Obama will leave voluntarily anyway, in fact, I think we are screwed. I don’t know how the hell we got from Reagan to here, but here we are, God help us.
Anyhow, enjoyed it, take care, man.
What I have been able to discern about the Ron Paul campaign was that they are trying to build up political momentum & support over the long term. Consider also that a lot of young people are on board. This means that as they become adults the Paul campaign / anti-federal reserve / anti-war crowd will grow even larger. I see an eventual showdown between the big government advocates in power with these disillusioned but growing numbers of Paulbots while the rest of us will be caught in the middle. The huge numbers Paul attracts to his political rallies are frightening. This bodes for some rather interesting times in the coming political cycles... if Obama & the big government advocates have not totally finished off America before then.
Not only does Ron Paul look “serious” but all of his supporters are as well - that’s the real concern.
Slack off, sit down, and shut up. While you are sitting there in a s$%^-stew of your own making, try and think of another handle... Soldiers I have known and loved don't post as you do, even if drunk.
A fellow FReeper civilly answered a rather flippant and arrogant comment by you, and you come back with this? Begone.
