But, as satirical as the original post might be, we can only wonder just how large the “separation” is between what the writer (of the article) said, and what those folks really think!
Oh, they knew exactly what they were doing. I firmly beleive that they didn't expect the push back, and when they got it, they couldn't figure out a way to enforce the ruling.
As soon as they can figure out a way to enforce it, it will be back.
