They could certainly have picked a better case study than Trayvon Martin for their cause. My point is that if one bases their position of being just or unjust on the facts, their claim of an injustice in this case is baseless. It has merit on emotion, and feelings, but not much else.

We are not a governed people ruled by emotions. We are ruled by laws. The sooner all civil rights fanatics understand that, the sooner they can share in their equal protection.

Who could have picked a better case? Gun rights proponents didn’t choose this case, the left and those who want to disarm law-abiding Americans chose it. It was app a month old when the water-carrying leftist media, for reasons that would seem to help no one but Obama and his constant attempts to play the race card, especially with an election upcoming, dug it up. If this is the case which Second Amendment opponents choose to use to undermine those rights, then this is the case with which we have to oppose them. The right seemingly has no choice but to be reactive to the msm, since the left owns it. It’s not as they have any honor and will play by gentleman’s rules, the very fact that they would use this case as a weapon to undermine “Stand Your Ground” makes that clear.
