Man Is Claiming His BMW Motorcycle Gave Him A Permanent Erection - - Business Insider
"According to Torque News, Henry Wolf believes his BMW Motorcycle and Corbin Seat has caused him to have a permanent erection."
A permanent erection lasting 20 months and counting has apparently led to Wolf’s inability to participate in sexual activity as a result of his condition.
In a plea for relief (pun intended), Wolf filed suit in San Francisco court last week against BMW and Corbin for "lost wages, medical expenses, product liability and negligent infliction of emotional distress and 'general damage.
He’s unable to participate in sexual activity? I wish I had his staying power! And for the record, I have him beat…I had a constant boner from the age of 11 through age 15 and it caused me no permanent damage.
What medical expenses are we talking about? How much does a jar of Vaseline and a picture of Loni Anderson (young Loni) cost? Better yet, just hook up with some local secret service agents for a night of fun. Problem cured!
Notwithstanding the plethora of jokes that remain, I fully realize priapism is a serious condition that requires medical intervention. I doubt, however, that this condition was caused by the erotic vibrations of the BMW motorcycle in question, nor the custom seating that caressed his....uhmm….man-parts.
If you want an example of what’s wrong with today’s society, it’s this. Not only will the San Francisco court allow this case to go forward, it will be litigated for years. Regardless of the outcome, millions will be expended in defense of the suit. And this expense, of course, will ultimately be passed along to the consumer.
When all is said and done, I guess you could say we paid for Henry Wolf’s boner!
And, “Lord help us” if Wolf actually prevails in the suit. Imagine the shakeup in the motorcycle industry from the implementation of new government mandated testing requirements, cautionary statements prominently displayed on all motorcycles, and if you think the helmet laws were bad, wait until the other safety gear comes out!
For being stupid enough to file a law suit of this kind, he should have to serve some hard time.
