Posted on 05/13/2012 1:20:35 PM PDT by The Looking Spoon
I posted this fake "Planned GrandParenthood" ad yesterday, and have since come up with a top 10 list of slogans for the fictitious organization. They're in no particular order...
“Because we can’t afford all these government workers AND pay all your benefits. Sorry.”
Planned Granparenthood: Nipped that bastard in the bud!
“Protecting your kids’ inheritance from being consumed by the nursing home.”
“Help the government by paying the estate tax today.”
“Make this nation a better place for the illegal aliens we imported to replace you by relieving them of your burden.”
“No kids to take care of you? That’s OK - we will.”
“Children of Men was a guidebook, not a warning.”
“We make sure you never worry about outliving your retirement nest egg!”
“Can’t afford nursing home care? The government can help!”
“Bored of retirement? We can help!”
“Don’t waste away alone in a nursing home!”
“Save your grandchildren the crippling cost of your care.”
“Do your duty to reduce the world’s population.”
Don’t let the door hit you in the aarp.
Excellence post of the day!
These are sad/frightening/hilarious...depending on how optimistic I feel at any given moment...
A lot of them are good, but yours has me laughing so hard I can’t stop. Still lol!
“Planned Grandparenthood. A state’s Right to Choose.”
Needless to say, I’d rather see elders alive. I write, among other things, articles like this:
What is the greatest gift you can give the elderly in a nursing home or assisted care facility?
2—Because we do think at a certain point you’ve collected enough Social Security
1—We’re the period at the end of your life sentence.
You missed “rubber pants.” Those were a Godsend for someone I knew.
