If I have a choice between serving my audience rubbery scrambled eggs, and using the same egg powder to make eggy crepes with jalapeno and south Texas orange peel marmalade with wild mint as a garnish.... guess which one I'm going to go with?
And the walk to the pantry is the same either way, except to step outside for the mint.
I’m not talking fine dining. I’m talking survival and filling the stomach with some easily stored protein.
Although I think I’d prefer your breakfast.
