First Republic Dead. Second Republic to Rise?

Warren Pollock twisted my arm and I got myself hooked up with a Skype setup. Scary.

Here is our first Skype interview/conversation. Warren wanted to go through the Constitution and show people how it is no longer a functioning document.

We only got through the Preamble and the Bill of Rights. We didn't even get to the Articles and the subsequent Amendments. Maybe we can do a follow-up video and talk about the fact that Congress hasn't had a budget in over 1100 days in violation of Article 1, Section 8, and has essentially turned the U.S. Treasury over to the Obama regime for open looting. We also didn't cover how Congress has violated the next clause in Article 1, Section 8 in which Congress is charged with punishing counterfeiting of the currency. If you have read Karl Denninger's book "Leverage", you know that banks have been naked shorting the U.S. dollar by making UNSECURED loans, which is COUNTERFEITING the issuing currency, which is, of course, U.S. Dollars. We'll cover those issues in subsequent videos.

I'm so glad that this video introduces the concept of the death of the First American Republic, and introduces the core question as to whether We The People will fight a counter-revolution and establish a Second American Republic, which will really be a re-assertion of the Constitution as Amended (and certainly a few of those Amendments should be repealed, namely the 16th and 17th, and one or two others added, namely term limits and a prohibition on abortion), and the re-assertation of the Rule of Law itself. As Warren points out, if we keep looking backward at the First American Republic, which is already dead, and expect that horse to run, we're toast. We have to get our minds right before we can take even one productive step forward.

(I mis-spoke the motto of the French Revolution, "Egalité, Liberté, Beyoncé Fraternité ". Not "Equalité", but "Egalité". Duh. "Equalité" is actually the little-known younger sister of Beyoncé.)

The amendment that limits a President to 2 terms should be amended to include Congress.

Also government should never be giving money away to private corporations or non-government organizations.

There also needs to be an amendment denying all forms of social services to illegals and denying them the right to work in the US.

“. . . whether We The People will fight a counter-revolution and establish a Second American Republic. . . “

The first one is still good, but it’s been hijacked. We need to ‘storm the cockpit’ and take back control. Or else remove our families to the “American Redoubt” states, assume a defensive position, and declare neutrality.

Yes, re-establish USC. The proper balance of USG requires real states and that means re-amend to remove the 17th and the 16th amendments which denuded the states of representation and meaningful authority.

The Reserve must go, never could exist lawfully.

USG is going deeper into lawlessness as they actually give _more_ authority to the Reserve. That last act, don’t remember the name, allows them to regulate all financial institutions or such...

Ann on Fast and Furious and how Ubama will impose UN gun control on the US if he gets a second term:

"Die before you let the government take your guns."

She also says that MEN should be doing what she's doing. She's doing what she can, but WHERE ARE THE MEN?

“The amendment that limits a President to 2 terms should be amended to include Congress.”

That would simplify it, but the advantages of incumbency are so great now, I think I would go for one four year term for President, two six-year terms for Senators (as long as the seventeenth amendment were eliminated) and six two year terms for House members. JMHO.

I guess you are not privy to the new information. We live in a matriarchy now,

Someone quashed that memo before release.

"... this video introduces the concept of the death of the First American Republic, and introduces the core question as to whether We The People will fight a counter-revolution and establish a Second American Republic, which will really be a re-assertion of the Constitution as Amended ..."

FIGHT is the definitive word, in my opinion. Personally, I don't believe enough Americans even realize the "First American Republic" is dead to even concern themselves with getting off their collective asses and doing something about it.

At least the senators. Two terms is 12 years. Limit the reps to 6 terms, 12 years.

If you want to restore the Republic as known at the time of the founding, instead of adding amendments that just look like legislation, why don't we repeal the amendments that unleashed the Federal beast in the first place. I'll open the bidding with numbers 14, 15, 16 and 17.

Well, lobbying should not be a felony, but donations and quid pro quo stuff from lobbyists must be.
