In late January, Liberty Legal Foundation lead attorney Van Irion argued before Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi that Barack Obama was constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of president because he did NOT satisfy the Article II requirement of being a “natural born citizen” of the United States. Irion’s argument was based on precedent derived from an 1875 Supreme Court ruling which stated:
“The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.” (2)

From Trenton to Fallujah, none of the men who died on battlefields did so in order to help place or keep a usurper in the White House. Stop bowing to liberals who seek to humiliate “birthers” in order silence them. The left has always attacked and tried to discredit the people they fear the most.

Those who find it a "disgrace" and "reprehensible" are depraved.
This judge reversed his own ruling of a month earlier (which was based on hundreds of years of legal clarity and consistancy), and thereby blocked the entire country from being able to confront the fraud in the White House as a fraud. Of all the court abominations (and there are many) this one was arguably the worst ever.
Memorial Day, therefore, is the best of all possible times to address this issue, because it focuses not on those who died defending America, but WHAT they died FOR.
But of course this information is merely for the record, and no doubt tediously irrelevent to you both, since you're writing from a script, for a paycheck.

Some may not have appreciated what you said. Obama somewhere has a naturalization certificate. Obama himself has told us he is a naturalized ciizen, and presidents must be natural born citizens, there being but two classes of citizens, natural born, and naturalized. There was no federal defintion for a naturalized citizen until after the 14th Amendent, whose author John Bingham told us in House hearings promoting the 14th Amendment “...simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…."
Memorial day is exactly the day, remembering those who gave their lives protecting our nation, a nation built upon laws and not men, why they gave their lives.
As for the sanctity of holidays, I recall being on alert during many of our holidays when I was serving in Army Air Defense. Think of the attacks that enemies intentionally executed during holidays.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Obama supporters count on, and nurture the ignorance of our citizens. The Constitution was written not to include definitions, but to refer to the understanding of our common-law and language familiar to our framers. 5 Chief Justices have confirmed the common law, and one used it to affirm the Virginia Minor was a citizen because she was a natural born citizen, the only citizen defined by our Constitution. Congress created naturalized citizens like Obama. Obama told us he was a naturalized citizen. Our warriors, if they see what is going on, are horrified.
The misinterpretation, based upon the 14th Amendment, whose author clearly requires parents of presidents to have sole allegiance to our constitution, allows the child of Jihadi terrorists, living like other illegal immigrants, spending his life in the US, to run for president at 35 years of age. Our framers were not fools. They knew, and discussed that danger of the children of secret royalists, who never relinquished their allegiance to The Crown, to be president. This is exactly the day to explain to those who have been deceived why Obama, who never once claimed to be a natural born citizen, is supported and obeyed.
The military has failed honor its oath to preserve and protect the Constitution, sending a decorated officer to prison for asking the question. It is up to the people, and we must try to educate the public while the 1st Amendment is still seemingly recognized. Article II Section 1 was used dishonestly to confuse the public about McCain's never resolved eligibility. But every US Senator signed Senate Resolution 511, agreeing with Judge Michael Chertoff and Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in April 2008 when they said:
“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”

I am a WWII vet. My brother was killed on Okinawa. Being of like feelings in many years of our lives for our Nation both can be taken as ‘birthers’. I believe it is reprehensible for anyone to name call us reprehensible or tag our patriotic senses as such.
