Will Obama's fate be decided in Florida on June 18th?

Will June 18 be the day the Obama Candidacy goes down in flames in the Florida courtroom of Judge Terry Lewis? The judge who made the call in the historic 2000 Gore V. Bush presidential election case isn’t backing off from requiring Barack Obama appear before him to present evidence supporting his claim that Natural Born Citizen status doesn’t really mean a child born of two citizen parents born in the USA. (1)

Democrat Plaintiff Michael Voeltz, a duly registered Democrat voter of Broward County (an Al Gore stronghold along Florida’s southeast coastline), is bringing his challenge to Obama’s inclusion on Florida’s Presidential ballot next November.

His attorney Larry Klayman cites Supreme Court decision Minor v. Happersett from 1875 as defining just what NBC means. “The framers were not stupid. They understood that a president with divided loyalties could...

Even now 0bamas handlers are searching for the correct horses head to put into bed with judge Terry Lewis. Probably take about another week.

No.

That said, I don’t think he’s going to run again. I think he’s going to bail because he doesn’t feel being President of the United States is enough for his holy self and he wants some international position.

The other possibility, of course, is that he will stage something that will suspend elections. I think that’s a bit on the tinfoil hat side, if only because Obama is power-mad and supported by power-mad leftists, but he’s not very bright and couldn’t carry it off without a lot of support.

However, if he does run again, I think he’ll be reelected. Romney was about the worst possible candidate the GOP could have picked.

The way I’m reading this, Obama would have to appear in person, is that correct?

Did the feds approve a Georgia building permit for a nuclear plant right after Judge Mahili ruled in Obama’s favor?

Seems to me I remember something like this.

I know Terry Lewis. He’s a fair judge. As was N. Sanders Sauls and Nikki Clark in 2000. All libs, but good judges. N. FL. libs are more conservative than libs from other parts of the US.

Please stop

Obama runs, he loses - big. Many republicans could have been worse than Romney. I can name one right now - McCain. 2, Jeb Bush 3, Santorum 4, Meg Whitman 5, Huntsman 6, Lugar.

It is not possible for a president to "suspend the election" - who told you that it is? It could get ugly with something like a rogue drone attack on Romney's house sometime around mid October, or a Supreme Court Justice or two suddenly falling down and having a heart attack on the street, but rest assured, Obama is not a god. He will win or lose based on how many EC votes he gets compared to Romney - that's all.

Then we get all the juicy, salacious books from former staffers and Hawaiian DOH officials looking to cash in, a whole passel of people seeking immunity from prosecution will roll and it'll be Zero's turn under the bus.

“I know Terry Lewis. He’s a fair judge.”

I believe you...just wanted to point out his democrat roots, before he was painted as a member of the vast right wing conspiracy.

Judge Lewis will never be allowed to do this, even if they have to kill him.

North Florida libs are more conservative than New England Republicans.

So, if Judge Lewis rules against 0bama, will that siply keep him off the Florida ballot or will it be the first step in invalidating his entire presidency and nullifying his laws and judicial appointments, etc.?

I’m thinking that the decision will have far-reaching impact beyong the FL ballot and that’ll be taken into consideration by the judge who may decide that this country isn’t ready to completely unwind 3+ years of a usurper’s reign.

I hope Judge Lewis does the right thing.

I think you will see a "faux war" between now and the election, probably very close to the election.

Possible scenario: It is "discovered" that Iran is far closer to building a bomb than thought before. Air strikes are needed.

Stranger things have happened. Clinton started a war over a blow job in the oval office. Bombing Iran to turn the tide in an election is plausible.

None of those guys is worse than Romney, who is both the “father of Obamacare” and the “father of gay marriage in Massachusetts.” Romney’s as liberal as the day is long and I doubt that he’s going to change a single thing that Bambi has managed to do. His judicial appointments were also something like 67% Dems during his tenure as MA gov,so he’s not even reliable that way. He didn’t run again simply because he knew he was going to lose.

Even McCain was better than Romney. The GOP wanted the closest they could get to a Dem, and Romney - who also had the virtue of being self-financing - was it.

So, if Judge Lewis rules against 0bama, will that simply keep him off the Florida ballot or will it be the first step in invalidating his entire presidency and nullifying his laws and judicial appointments, etc.?

Let's hope so. The law is the law.

Obama "failed to qualify" in November, 2008.

Your child has to present his Birth Certificate to play little league baseball. How did Nancy Pelosi and the DNC get Obama on the ballot without having to show his Long Form Birth Certificate to comply with constitutional requirements?

Are the Secretaries of State of each state going to let Obama on the ballot this November without fulfilling the basic qualification as stated in the Constitution? If they do are they not remiss in their duties?

Article II, Section 1: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States."

If he knowingly concealed his birth certificate and took the oath of President, is that not a crime? Does that fall in the purview of "high crimes and misdemeanors?"

Can anyone really debate Obama "failed to qualify?" in November, 2008? And if he did not qualify, as Ed Vieira stated, "If Obama took the Presidential “Oath or Affirmation” of office, knowing that he is not “a natural born Citizen,” he knowingly committed the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for “the Office of President, he cannot “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” or even execute it at all, to any degree. Thus, his very act of taking the “Oath or Affirmation” will be a violation thereof."
