Why stop at Soda? Why not hit Pizza, Donuts and Fast Food joints too? There are far more calories in a greasy burger and fries than there are in a 32 ounce Coke.

If he’s gonna be a nanny - why the baby steps?

I’d like to see a Class Action lawsuit shut this man down. By what ‘authority’ does he claim he can limit what free citizens can purchase, of a legally available product? Where does this power come from? If he can limit the quantity of Soda one buys, then why not the number of burgers, slices of pizza, servings of Donuts and ice cream?

DOOMBERG CARES... he cares about total government control of everything... a central command marxist society... men buggering men and blaspheming GOD’s law... and he cares about redistribution of wealth and himself maintaining his elite ruling class position... and that is ALL that doomberg cares about.

I’m confused. Because I walk long distances, I go to quickie marts. They have huge mugs which you can buy and then go into the fountain and fill up with whatever you want and then go pay. It’s a discounted buy since the store is not paying over and over for cups. But how does the poor guy or gal manning the cash register know what’s in the cup? Are they now not allowed to honor this contract with the customer who comes in with the cup? Does the poor employee have to measure the amount of sugar or does the owner of the store have to hire someone to stand guard at the fountain which is usually on the other side of the store?

Also, on the unintended consequence for the homeless.... just wow. I’m frying two chickens tomorrow - one to eat and one to take to my church to take to the feed the hungry because it’s our day to do that. And now I learn that in NY, that would not be allowed.

But I think that we’re missing the story. It’s not just the absurdity of what is being control. It’s the control itself.
