And the War Begins
Self

Posted on 06/05/2012 9:26:15 PM PDT by Mackaywarrior

Governor Walker's victory is the Capture of Fort Ticonderoga. Leftists (specifically unions) now must face the fact that they have wanted to ignore all along; The Tea Party is alive and strong. Although not the majority in the political field, the Tea Party pick their battlefields and are armed with a vision, a vision that America will become the land of life, liberty, and (most importantly) a land of and for free people. The Tea Party has placed the Republican party in a position where they either support the Tea Party, or lose in 2012 (much like how the continental congress had to support the militiamen of the Revolution.) However, the war has only just begin and the Big-government supporters will stop at nothing to suppress this Revolution.

Although Obama did not come out and support the recall of Governor Walker, we can expect that the Democratic Party and their supporters will use it as a tool to fuel the sheeple who are convinced that without unlimited unions, Grandmas will be working on assembly lines and children will never get the proper medical services they need. The counter to these accusations will naturally be to point out the positive economic outlook Governor Walker has given to his state. Whether we liked how Walker got the job done or not, we must support his decisions and prove to enough people that free enterprise and small government is the only way to save our country from looking like Greece (and soon all of Europe).

Another thing to be prepared for is the fuel leftists will give to their Tea Party, the Occupy Movement. Unfortunately, the young adults of America are suffering from this bad economy and it is a shame that they cannot find work and that they have been spoon fed that their unemployment is the result of greedy businessmen. If you live in a major city with a strong Occupy support, be prepared for riots and anarchy. We may see scenarios all over the country that look like the Oakland incident caused by the Occupiers. These children (They are kids until they realize the value of independence and hard-work) will use every tactic they learned in school (rioting, anarchy, and any act of terror the Weathermen caused) in order to stay in their safe bubble of government entitlements and dependence. The Occupiers are lost and academia won the battle for their minds but as long as we weather the storm of their temper-tantrum then we can still win the war.

What we need to do now is unite. As the president from Independence Day said “We cannot be consumed by our petty differences anymore.” The important thing to remember in this election is that it is all about economy and being free. Anyone who is for independence and a small government is on our side. Anyone looking to work hard to better themselves is on our side. There are people from every party who we can unite with. The President will try to divide us by race, religion, gender, and anything else he can think of in order to win this war. He will use every Saul Alinsky tactic to achieve his reelection and to keep the government big. We must stand together.

Although a winnable war, the 2012 elections (everything from local, state, legislative, presidential, and anything in between) will be an uphill battle. It may be the second ugliest election in American history (falling only behind Bleeding Kansas and the election of Abraham Lincoln). We must remember what we are fighting for and why we believe what we believe. As my father always says “We live in interesting times” and our decisions placed before us will decide the future of the United States of America. If the 2010 election was the Battle of Lexington and Concord of the new millennium, then

Hopefully, that will be our mission for the next four and half years or so, at least.

The alternative is too horrible to contemplate!

“The alternative is too horrible to contemplate!”

Oh, it absolutely is. I pray for our country every night since BHO fooled the masses.

David Limbaugh’s interview on Hannity last night is on the FNC website on Sean’s page. Everyone needs to watch it - he’s deadly serious about the BHO threat and outspoken that this election is about the survival of America.

The Tea Party has placed the Republican party in a position where they either support the Tea Party, or lose in 2012

Though that would be a wonderful evolution within the GOP, my expectations aren't quite that positive.

The GOP still has some very deep pockets that will keep it dysfunctional. It might take some more election cycles -- perhaps a generation -- but I think the TEA party will get there, presuming we don't get complacent.

Since the 2010 election cycle, the TEA party volume seems to have been turned waaaay down. That worries me. I'm hoping that the passion is still there and the folks are simply too busy going to work everyday (as opposed to the typical OWS protester).
