I’m trying to formulate the perfect advice for young people regarding gasoline, matches, and trying to jumper into electric power grid.

When I started my first job, my father gave me these words of wisdom. “Don’t eat where you $h*t.”
I had no clue what he meant. One night I was doing the late shift running cables and getting the data center ready to go live. At 3:00am Phyllis from Q&A walks into the data center. I got back to work an hour later.
Two days later I was asked to resign for fraternizing with a company officer.
I finally understood what my dad meant.
