The green version of the same certificate says “Hawaii” not Huwaii. It Does not have the same error. How, then, can they be photos of the same certificate? I think this may cause a little trouble for Barry.

What a steaming pile of horsedung! Obama would be embarrassed by a simple mistake made by some minor state or county government bureaucrat 50+ years ago? Really? This is the most specious claim I’ve ever heard, and if I was a judge in a case and heard such a bald-faced lie, I’d toss the attorney in jail for a while for contempt of court.
Now look at your keyboard. See how far the letter U is from the letter A? Someone must have been on a weekend bender and filled out his Birth Certificate stumbling into the office.

This spelling suggests that the person who wrote it was a native without a great deal of education and/or a great deal of supervision. That’s how a native would have said it. It suggests or means to suggest that the person wrote it phonetically. Question: Would a clerk who does this birth certificate work for a living have been making this mistake regularly? Sometimes? Just on this birth certificate? How do the other birth certificates from this office spell “Hawaii”? Maybe the person who typed this version wanted us to question its authenticity.
Maybe the “Hu” in this “Huwaii” directs the reader to say “Huh?”
Just for the record, Obama’s lawyers never argued that revealing his original birth records would be an embarrassment to him. I once spent no small amnt of time searching for the link to such a statement/filing, and came up empty handed. After that, I noticed that any time the quote was mentioned, it included no link.
No one would be more delighted than I to prove that Obama’s lawyers made such a statement. The link doesn’t exist, however, because it never happened.
