This is much, much worse. And while there was a gun walking program under Bush it was cancelled because it didn’t work. Fast and Furious was rebooted in 2009 not as a way to go after gun traffickers, but a way to claim more was needed in gun control laws.

First, that should be '1,000 Stars', or 1,000 'Sols' but not '1,000 suns' (only our star is called 'Sun'.)
Second, 'white hot' has no real meaning, there's no temperature on any scale for 'white hot'. Not Fahrenheit, Celsius, or Kelvin. However, even tough 'our Sun' appears to be Orange (at sunset) or Yellow during the daytime, it's color really is 'White', it's a 'White Star'. But that doesn't mean it's 'white hot'.
That being said, the white star we call our 'Sun' never gets anywhere what would be considered - figuratively speaking - as 'white hot'. [Or as Al Gore incorrectly said, "Nine Gazillion Degrees!" (he really needs to stay away from that science stuff)
