On June 26, 2012, President Barack Obama held a fundraiser in Miami, FL featuring Latin pop-singer Marc Anthony. During his speech, Obama used the singer as an example of a wealthy person who can pay his more in taxes.
Problem is, Marc Anthony has a history of evading taxes.
In 2010, Anthony was hit with a tax lien of $3.4 million, including bills of $1.8 million and $1.6 million in back taxes on his estate located in Long Island.
That's not all.
In 2007, Anthony was slammed with $2.5 million in back tax bills, a product of not paying his taxes for four years.

I’m sure the Latino voters will appreciate Obama’s singling Anthony out.
I wonder whether Mark Anthony was amused by 0bama’s comments.
This idiot wakes up in a different world every day.
Must be the coke...a-cola. ;>)
We’re sure that Anthony’s tax situation qualifies him to be the next Secretary of Treasury ala Timmy Geithner.
He was the recipient of the 2009 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Chair’s Award. He also received the “2009 CHCI Chair’s Lifetime Achievement Award”.
The Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) comprises 21 Democratic members of the United States Congress of Hispanic descent.
The Republican members left in the late 1990s over policy differences and, in 2003, formed their own group, the Congressional Hispanic Conference.
It’s the teleprompter’s fault...
