ObamaCare ruling means Americans hostage to 70 years of Supreme Court madness

In March, Justice Anthony Kennedy observed that a fully implemented ObamaCare would “…change the relationship of the federal government to the individual in a very fundamental way…”

But Justice Kennedy made a very fundamental mistake. The relationship between the American people and what has become the D.C. ruling class actually changed 70 years ago when the Supreme Court decided that a farmer in Ohio could not legally grow wheat on his own land for use by his own family.

It was in ruling that Roscoe Filburn threatened the Article I, Section 8 Commerce Clause powers of Congress that a true “fundamental change” was effected on the relationship between Americans and their government. The existence of ObamaCare is simply a logical result; a not unexpected consequence of that 1942 descent into judicial insanity. (1)

Could John Roberts have been “blackmailed”? It may not be as farfetched as it sounds!
I think my husband and I are going to sell our home and his business. We are going to buy a camper and become gypsies! I am NOT giving one more damn dime to any of these marxists!

I think this makes Obamacare a single payer system.

The Filburn majority was not only wrong & indefensible on it's face, it was absolutely *cancerous* to this nation. The Roberts court is merely following suit and enabling the liberal agenda to continue spewing it's rotten fruit from it's poisonous tree.
